1.⁠ ⁠Ticketing Rules

• Maximum of 8 tickets per order.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that if you are unable to collect your tickets due to incorrect information, Klook will not be liable for any compensation and will not be able to reissue any tickets. Order payments already received will also not be refunded.
• Seats Allocation: All Standing
• Once order confirmed, all tickets ordered or issued cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or refunded.
• The seating chart is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the seating, number of seats and the number of seats. If there is any change, no further notice will be given.
• The event content and promotional pictures are provided by the organizer for reference only and might be subject to change without further notice.
• To ensure a successful admission, please purchase the show tickets from authorized channels only.

2. Physical Performance Tickets

• "The Londoner Macao Proudly Presents: Diplo with Special Guest SKAI ISYOURGOD & Guest DJ Sally" requires physical tickets for admission.
• A Klook QR Code (A ticket with a code) will be received to redeem for physical tickets after booking confirmed.
• Klook Booking QR Code, Email Confirmation or payment record email cannot be used directly as admission of "The Londoner Macao Proudly Presents: Mustard with Special Guest KeyNg & Guest DJ Wordy".

Please present your Klook QR code at the following location and time to collect your physical ticket for the event:

• Location: The Londoner Arena Box Office (Located at Level 4 at The Londoner Arena entrance, The Londoner Macao)
• Redemption Time: From 6pm on 10 Oct 2026 to 1am the following day
• After collection of physical tickets, please handle physical tickets with care. Organiser and Klook will not be liable to re-issue, exchange or replace any ticket which is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Any altered, photocopied, duplicated or scanned tickets will be invalid.
• Please keep the Klook QR Code for physical ticket collection carefully. If there is any loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud or unauthorized use, the organizer and Klook will not reissue or replace the QR Code, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, fraud or unauthorized use. In the event of any dispute, the records of the organizer and Klook shall prevail, and the organizer has the final decision.
• The organizer and Klook have the right to ask you to show the Klook App, the bank card used to purchase the ticket and a photo identification document to verify the ticket purchase record.
• Each ticket admits one person only. Admissions will be granted to persons aged 18 or above.

Other Instructions

• Successful order placement means you understand that Klook is not liable for failed ticket collection due to errors in information. No refunds will be given for paid amounts (including handling fees).
• Once confirmed, all tickets ordered or issued are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable.
• Physical tickets purchased through Klook are legal. Klook does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets from other sources.
• The organizer and Klook reserve the right to verify ticket records via the Klook App.
• All tickets via Klook are legal. Klook does not guarantee authenticity for tickets from other sources.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klook provides the App on an "as-is" basis for personal use and makes no representations or warranties.
• Klook is not responsible for any circumstances caused by force majeure events, illness, accidents, injury, or death. If the event is cancelled or postponed, the organizer has full discretion over refunds or rescheduling. All decisions regarding force majeure are final.
• Klook reserves the right to cancel transactions for misconduct, such as fraudulent bookings or exploiting system vulnerabilities, without liability.
• Klook reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Purchasing tickets constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions and Klook's general terms of use. Please read carefully before purchase.
• In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
