1. Ticketing Rules

• Klook Cash or any promotional codes cannot be used for payment during checkout for this activity.
• A maximum of 8 packages can be purchased per order. Each package is subject to a 12% handling fee:

• CAT A HK$2688 (plus HK$160 handling fee)
• CAT B HK$2288 (plus HK$160 handling fee)
• CAT C HK$1888 (plus HK$160 handling fee)
• CAT D HK$988 (plus HK$119 handling fee)
• CAT E HK$388 (plus HK$47 handling fee)

• By successfully placing an order, you understand that if tickets cannot be collected due to incorrect information provided, Klook will not bear any liability for compensation and will not reissue any tickets. Payments received for the order (including handling fees) will not be refunded. The seating plan is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to adjust ticket prices, seating, and quantity without prior notice.
• Event content and promotional images are provided by the organizer for reference only and are subject to change without notice.
• The actual match lineup and players are subject to the final decision and announcement of the organizer and the teams, and are subject to change without notice; once an order is confirmed, all ordered or issued tickets cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, nor can they be resold.
• Under any circumstances, products included in the package and platform handling fees are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure or other factors, please closely follow the organizer's social media platforms for the latest updates.

2. Terms and Conditions of Package Product Redemption Vouchers ("Voucher")

• Hong Kong Bus Tour Day Pass -24 hours (HK Island /Stanley /Kowloon Tour)

• Joypolis Sports Hong Kong Tickets

• Products such as the Japan Travel Data SIM Card, China-Hong Kong-Macau Travel Data SIM Card, Hong Kong Big Bus Day Tour – 24 Hours (Hong Kong Island Tour/ Stanley Tour/ Kowloon Tour), or JOYPOLIS Hong Kong 2-Hour Ticket will be issued as promotional codes to the "Available Promo Codes" section within the user's account. Users can view their vouchers there.

• Promotional codes are for use only by the ticket-purchasing account and are non-transferable.

• Promotional codes cannot be used directly to redeem products. Users must use the promotional code to redeem the product on the designated page by 23:59 on August 7, 2026. The code will expire after this date and will not be reissued or refunded.

• Vouchers can only be redeemed once and are applicable for redeeming the relevant product on the designated Klook platform page by successfully selecting the specified promotional code on the payment page to apply the discount.

• Redeemed products are not eligible for any cancellation or refund requests.

• If the relevant product redemption promotional code has not been received in the account three working days after order confirmation, please contact the Klook customer service team for follow-up.

• Please refer to the product redemption webpage for details and usage methods.

• Klook shall not be liable for and is under no obligation to refund any unredeemed codes or expired but unused vouchers.

Ticket Purchase and Authenticity

Admission requires possession of a valid physical ticket or an authorized electronic ticket for this event. A redemption code will be sent to ticket buyers by late July 2026. Ticket buyers can then collect their tickets at the HK Ticketing self-service ticket collection kiosk with the redemption code. • Only tickets purchased through the following authorized channels are valid:
• Official websites of all authorized ticketing platforms and physical ticketing points
• Other designated ticketing platforms officially announced by the Organizer
• All handling fees and service charges incurred for ticket purchases are non-refundable upon payment, regardless of whether the event takes place as scheduled.
• To avoid purchasing or using counterfeit, stolen, or redeemed tickets, please purchase directly through authorized ticket agents to ensure the authenticity of your tickets.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for any tickets purchased from unauthorized sources, or for any tickets reported lost, stolen, suspected to be counterfeit, or verified as used, and may cancel such tickets without refund or compensation.

Ticket Transfer, Resale, and Prohibited Activities

• Once purchased, all tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable (except as otherwise provided in Article 5 of these Terms) and may not be assigned to any third party.
• Resale will render tickets invalid: Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, publicly sold, or used for any commercial purpose (including but not limited to advertising, promotion, competitions, lotteries, or gambling activities) without the explicit written consent of The Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to immediately cancel any tickets found to have been resold or offered for sale, and ticket holders will not receive a refund.
• Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels or third-party resale platforms shall be deemed invalid, and the Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to their holders.
• The Organizer reserves the right to employ all necessary technical measures to verify the authenticity of tickets and the identity of ticket holders.

Entry Rules

• Visitors must comply with the venue rules and regulations of Kai tak Sports Park; details are available at: https://www.kaitaksportspark.com.hk/event/124
• Re-entry is not permitted. Individuals who leave during the event will not be allowed to re-enter, and any refund or ticket exchange requests submitted will not be considered.
• Once they leave the venue, even if the event is still underway, ticket holders have no right to request re-entry, a refund, or any compensation.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or require exit at any time when it deems the holder in violation of these provisions, venue rules, or their conduct poses a threat to others, without refund or compensation.
• The Organizer shall not be liable for any personal injuries or loss of personal property suffered by the ticket holder during the event; the ticket holder shall bear all relevant risks independently.
• Event Enforcement: A one-person-one-ticket admission policy applies. All spectators who have reached the age of 2 years on the event day (calculated from birth date, inclusive of the 2nd birthday) must present a valid ticket to enter.

• Children under 2 years old may enter free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat, but must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder who presents valid birth certificates or identification documents to verify age.

Changes to Event Schedule

Organizer’s Right to Make Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, add, delete, or replace the following items without prior notice:

• Match lineup, team roster, and player starting order
• Event flow, interactive segments, and exact kick-off time
• Stage setup, seating arrangement in the venue, and audience capacity

Player Participation Schedule

• The absence or participation of individual players is standard practice in professional competitions. Disappointment, inconvenience, or loss resulting from a player's inability to participate does not constitute grounds for ticket refunds or compensation.

Event Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Ticket Refund Arrangements

• If the event is merely postponed and subsequently rescheduled, the original tickets will automatically apply to the new date. Ticket holders may enter directly with their original tickets, and the Organizer will not offer refunds.
• The event may be affected by adverse weather conditions or other force majeure events. In the event of force majeure on the day of the event, the Organizer reserves the right to make all necessary arrangements. The latest details and information will be published on the Organizer's official website and various ticketing platforms. The Organizer's decision to reschedule or cancel the event due to on-site weather conditions is final. If the event is canceled or postponed, the Organizer reserves the right to issue refunds or reschedule the event. The Organizer will independently determine and announce any ticket refund arrangements (if applicable).
• To qualify for a refund, the ticket holder must return the original ticket in its unmodified and undamaged condition. If the returned ticket has been altered or damaged, no refund will be issued. The refund amount is limited to the ticket's face value, minus any applicable handling fees or processing charges (which may include fees for both purchase and refund transactions).
• If the event is postponed or canceled, the Organizer shall not be liable for any travel or other expenses incurred by you or any other person as a result of the cancellation or postponement.
• In the event of cancellation, refund arrangements will be handled solely by the organiser, with details to be announced separately.

Portrait Rights and Media Authorization

• By participating in this event (including entry, use of venue facilities, and presence in public areas), you acknowledge and agree to grant The Organizer the following rights:
• During the event, recording, filming, or capturing your image, voice, and likeness in any existing or future media formats (including but not limited to photography, video, live streaming, or online streaming);
• Permanently distributing, broadcasting, using, or otherwise transmitting the aforementioned media content worldwide without requiring additional approval from you or incurring any payment to you;
• Edit and trim the aforementioned media content, either independently or in combination with other information;
• Allow third parties (including the Organizer's business partners, event sponsors, and media partners) to use and/or disseminate the aforementioned media content.
• The primary scope of application for the aforementioned authorization includes: event documentaries, event promotional materials, news reports, social media posts, live broadcasts, and rebroadcast content.

Limitations on the Responsibilities of the Organizer

• The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the following causes:
• The holder's personal act or negligence;
• Actions by a third party;
• Force majeure events;
• Situations where the Organizer has made reasonable efforts but still could not prevent the occurrence.
• To the greatest extent permitted by applicable Hong Kong law, the total liability of the Organizer to the ticket holder regarding matters related to this event shall not exceed the total face value of the tickets already paid by the ticket holder.
• The Organizer expressly declares that it shall not be liable for any personal injuries or property losses suffered by the holder during the event participation period. The holder shall bear all relevant risks and obtain appropriate insurance.

No refund will be issued for personal reasons

• The following personal reasons will result in the inability to attend the event, and tickets will not be refunded, exchanged, modified, supplemented, or compensated:
• Ticket purchasing errors: selecting the wrong show, seat, ticket type, purchasing duplicate tickets, or entering incorrect personal information;
• Personal itinerary changes: unexpected circumstances, itinerary modifications, time conflicts, or inability to attend;
• Discrepancies between personal expectations and actual viewing experience: dissatisfaction with the player lineup, match progression, venue visibility, and on-site atmosphere;
• Personal health issues: inability to attend due to illness, injury, physical discomfort or other personal health reasons (for coverage, please refer to the "Refundable Ticket" add-on service offered by the ticketing platform);
• Arriving late, missing the entry time, or forgetting to enter;
• After completing the entry ticket check, leave the venue on your own and request a refund.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• These provisions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and interpreted in accordance with Hong Kong law.
• Any dispute arising from these terms may first be resolved by the holder through the following means:

Miscellaneous Provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The revised terms shall be published through the official channels of the Organizer and the ticketing agent, with the version effective on the event date being prevailing.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Chinese version; in case of any ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• All rights under these Terms and Conditions are reserved by Kuokai Sports (Hong Kong) Limited.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klook provides the Klook App on an "as is" and "as available" basis, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information within the Klook App, which is for your personal use only, and Klook makes no representations or warranties.
• Klook is not responsible for any circumstances caused by any force majeure event, or the illness, accident, injury, mental or physical disability, or death of participants performing the activity or their immediate family members, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of any party. Klook shall not be liable for the failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions due to the above-mentioned reasons. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure or other factors, users must negotiate the subsequent ticket arrangements directly with the organizer. Klook will not be responsible for refund-related matters. The detailed refund arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions published by the organizer. However, under any circumstances, the products included in the package, platform handling fees, and postage fees are non-refundable. All decisions regarding the event, including whether a force majeure event has occurred, are at the sole discretion of the organizer, and all decisions shall be final.
• Klook reserves the right to cancel your transaction without any liability to you if Klook, at its discretion, determines that you have engaged in any improper conduct, such as fraudulent or malicious bookings, or exploiting software or system vulnerabilities during the sale.
• Klook reserves the right to modify or change the above terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.
• Purchasing tickets/packages signifies your acceptance of and agreement to all the above-mentioned terms and rules, as well as Klook's Terms of Use. It is recommended that you read these terms and rules carefully before purchasing.
