Part 1/3 series on the story of Merdeka which they didn’t tell or didn’t want to tell in our school history books. It links up what we see around us in today’s Malaysia to decisions made in those days, driven by the culture of Malaya’s diverse people and the events happening to them. If you want to solve the problems of today, we need to understand how we got into this situation in the first place.
About the organiser
Open Table provides a shared space for the community to inspire and get inspired. It is a 'third space' that gathers community of shared values to mobilize the mission of empowering one another through concept of shared learning. It is an idea of 'by the community for the community' where learners especially from the underserved community are able to get access to affordable soft skills and creative workshops that further supports their goals.
