My stay at Ibis Patong Beach Hotel was largely positive, primarily due to the exceptional staff. Every single team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm, making me feel very welcome. They truly went above and beyond. However, it's clear the hotel itself is showing its age. While clean, the decor feels dated and some areas could benefit from a refresh. Despite its older appearance, the convenient location near Patong Beach and the fantastic service still make it a decent budget-friendly option for those prioritizing friendly faces over modern aesthetics.

This place is a gem! We celebrated our honeymoon in phuket and as soon as they know it, they send us a mini cake as a welcome gift. all the staffs are approachable and welcoming although not all can speak english but everyone is trying their best to help us with all out inquiries. they have 3 pools and all of them are clean. Rooms are very spacious and their breakfast buffet has alot of options to choose. From freshly brewed coffee (how ever you like), to salad bar, rice, diffrent juices, breads, thai and western meals, fruits, and desserts. You almost have everything you need within the hotel. And it’s very accessible!

No words could describe how great the hotel is. The room, facilities, restaurants are really great and one thing that stand out the most about this hotel is the customer service of all the employees, take note all of them especially Joe, Tony, Kook, Rose and Abner. They are really great. People are kind and best customer service ever. Kudos to the team. I would definitely come back here if we come back in Phuket. Thank you very much for your service!!

The hotel was so nice and it’s near the beach. The amenities as well was great. They have a swimming pool, gym, bowling area and billiards area. Thr room was very clean and has a big space as well.
