it was amazing, the guide was so knowledgeable and has explained everything properly. the haka performance was too good. overall experience was great. one must visit thiss to know about Māori culture and how they live their lives.

Absolutely loved the Hobbiton Movie Set Tour—it truly felt like stepping into Middle-earth! The scenery was breathtaking, the guides were knowledgeable and entertaining, and every little detail of the set was beautifully preserved. The stories behind the filming locations made it even more special. The bus ride from The Shire’s Rest was smooth and well-organized, and the complimentary drink at The Green Dragon Inn was such a perfect ending to the tour. Highly recommended for both fans of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, or anyone who enjoys nature and storytelling. Definitely worth it—a must-do in New Zealand! 💚

My family and I love the tour in overall. our tour guide, she was so professional and friendly (8:10 am 7/12). we are blessed with the good nice weather. i recommend to go in the morning, as it’s not that hot during summer.

Although it was a sunny day on the day of the visit, the temperature was not high. Walking in the geothermal valley, I felt that the temperature was very comfortable. The park provided a generous buffet (a meal cost more than NT$1,000, but we did not eat it). Most of the food uses geothermal heat. Steam it so that tourists can taste the taste of food cooked by geothermal heat.

Hanoz was our guide. He made the 8 in the group introduced ourselves. I enjoyed the caves mostly. My son loves the geysers. Anyway, I love that they were generous with their bottled drinking water and snacks. Their transport allows you to charge your phones. The ostrich feeding experience was fun.

The course was presented at below…You will be picked up with other members at each hotels at about 6:00am. Then, we would go to Hobbiton and arrived about 8:30am. We would get on shuttle bus to Hobbiton scinic area and were guided with tour guider and stay till about 11:30am. We then arrived at Te Puia Moari institute at 12:45pm. The tour-guider would introduce Māori culture and Kiwis, geyser would be watched there. We started to return to Auckland at about 3pm. Finally we passed through Rotorua Lake and returned to Auckland. We returned to our hotel at about 6pm-6:30pm. Thank for our tourist guide Mr. ADil, under his detailed commentary and assistance, we have best experiences.

We joined the Rotorua tour with CheekyKiwi Tours and had Jeoff as our driver/guide. He was professional, friendly, and made the journey enjoyable with his humor and stories. Wai-O-Tapu’s geothermal wonders were breathtaking, the Polynesian Spa was the perfect place to relax, and the Rotorua city tour gave great local flavor.
