One of the highlights was simply slowing down—taking in the crisp mountain air, enjoying scenic viewpoints, and appreciating how peaceful and awe-inspiring nature can be. Whether viewed from the village, the trails, or the higher viewpoints, the Matterhorn constantly reminded me of how small we are compared to the beauty of the world. This trip was not just a vacation, but a moment of reflection and gratitude. The Matterhorn left me inspired, refreshed, and full of unforgettable memories—an experience I will truly cherish and hope to relive someday.

First, you need to exchange your ticket on-site. Introverted people can use the self-service ticket machine to scan the QR code for redemption. It also includes priority boarding, so you basically won't have to queue. Trains depart every thirty minutes. As you gradually ascend from the plains towards the mountains, the scenery changes accordingly. I truly admire the construction technology of the Swiss. Although there were too many clouds that afternoon to take a picture with the Matterhorn, the surrounding snowy mountain scenery was still very impressive.

smooth process, just screenshot the qr code sent by klook, and then upon arrival at the railway station, redeem at the machine, the official ticket will come out. Scan the ticket when you go in or out from each stop. It is not really a priority pass, as when the train comes, everyone will just go in. Official price is CHF 66 with swiss travel pass. But klook is much cheaper with discount voucher

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the station. Check-in is at the hotel next door. There aren't many options for breakfast; they could use some improvement.
