One day extended and Key not working and the management response is not up to the mark

Worthable stay and it’s just opposite to Patong walking street and walkable distance to central patong and another one mall

Received a free room upgrade. It has capsule coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was good value. The gym was adequate and pool great. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s location is central with Patong beach, shopping malls and restaurants nearby.
