This was absolutely the best! There's no way it deserves one star! The blue text on the voucher indicated the meeting point. That's where you exchange it for your ticket. After that, you cross the bridge to the gondola station next to San Marco Vallaresso, and someone will be there to guide you! Everyone was incredibly kind! Please don't believe the one-star reviews! It was amazing! It deserves 100 stars! I arrived 10 minutes late, but I still got to experience the full 30 minutes! Everyone was so nice! By the way, my reservation was for 4:30 PM, and the sunset was beautiful!

Booking on Klook was easy: it was simple. I needed to display the QR code separately from the voucher, but I was able to enjoy the experience without any major problems. It was cloudy on the day, but I was satisfied to be able to see the beautiful scenery.

Before riding the gondola, you need to gather at the designated visitor center to listen to the staff's instructions. When the time arrives, a guide will lead you to ride the gondola and enjoy the Venetian scenery along the way.

You need to follow the instructions to the designated location for redemption. The boat ticket is very convenient. The two-day ticket allows unlimited rides within 48 hours, completely saving walking time. Moreover, you can visit outlying islands such as Burano, Murano, and Torcello. It is very worthwhile to purchase.

The meeting point was in a slightly different location than what was shown in the app, but a gondolier nearby was able to direct me. I was very satisfied with being able to see so many views that can only be seen from a gondola.

The water buses in Venice are very expensive, buying this can save you a lot! I bought a pass that included the airport bus, and I could redeem it myself at the airport, which was very convenient!

Good. you can enter directly. There is a free audio guide by Dodge Palace that needs to be downloaded once you entered the Palace. there is wifi as well. it may take roughly 3 hours, and also you will walk into the famous “Bridge of Sighs”.
