Comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great, with plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs, and bread. Enjoying a leisurely breakfast is wonderful. If your tour starts earlier than breakfast time and you notify them before 9 PM the previous day, they can help prepare a meal box, which is very thoughtful. Additionally, the hotel staff is very enthusiastic. We happened to encounter an employee gathering, and suddenly a group of people appeared and helped us celebrate our family member's birthday by singing "Happy Birthday," which was a huge surprise.

Highly recommended!
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Since we arrived early in the morning and it was still too early to check in, they allowed us to rest in their library area.
The room was clean, the area was beautiful, and the bathroom was spacious.
Upon check-in, they explained all their complimentary services clearly.
Everything was great!
I will definitely come back and book the same hotel again in Chiang Mai 💕

The room has a great location downtown, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room is huge, it's just a shame the water pressure isn't strong enough, but the price is cheap so it's pretty good.

The staff is super enthusiastic and often chats with you. They even saw the fruit on the table and asked if you wanted them to peel it for you, and I ate mangoes and persimmons. Aside from the poor soundproofing between floors, the price is highly recommended. There are also two super cute shop cats in the store.

The hotel's included breakfast was delicious! The location is convenient for transportation. The only downside is that there's no elevator, and our suitcases were quite large, so we appreciated the staff's help in carrying them.

Our stay at Le Naview was superb. The staffs are so accommodating, easy to approach and very friendly. The ambiance of the hotel is so homey that it would make you feel so relaxed and at home. The room is also very spacious with complete amenities.
