BEST Thai massage I've ever experienced in my life so far! P' Toi was a really great therapist. She made sure that I get the best out of what we paid for. The ambience of the place was also really relaxing. We booked the 3 hour massage, which includes a tea, 60mins organic body scrub, 60 mins hot oil massage, and 40mins foot massage. the massage provided was really on point, thorough, and nothing was missed! :) We will surely go back to this place! We had a wonderful experience at this spa! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The massage therapist made sure to apply the right pressure on the focus areas we mentioned, ensuring a comfortable and effective session. To top it off, the tea was absolutely delicious. This is definitely a must-try while visiting Chiang Mai. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience and they are definitely living up to its quote, Easy to find. Hard to forget.

While staying with my mother-in-law in Anantara Chiang Mai with my family, I used it after booking an aroma massage through Klook. You can use it right after using the swimming pool or wearing a swimsuit, and it feels like your fatigue is relieved with the gentle aroma at the right pressure. My mother-in-law, who used a luxury spa for the first time in her life, is completely satisfied. However, even though I checked to avoid the mother-in-law's back before the start, the masseuse in charge didn't seem to check that part, so we mentioned it once more, and only then did it say ah~~. Also, since I was a guest, I wrote down the room number, but after a while, I left my sunglasses and hat behind, and when I went back, what was the only thing kept at the counter? It's right that you have to deliver it to the room.

Very good environment, clean & relaxing. One of us did Siam & Thai massage while the other one did body scrub & aromatherapy. The therapist was skilled & adjusted her pressure accordingly. Had a great time.

The price difference between booking through Klook and paying on site seems small, but it was good that I could reserve in advance and set a time, so I didn't have to worry about waiting. First of all, the facilities were very clean and the staff were all friendly. The masseuse's skills are different, so it's hard to say for sure that they're all good, but in our case, we were all generally satisfied. You don't have to go all the way here, but if you're staying nearby, it seems like a good choice.

Make sure to show them the booking number/qr code before booking to ensure a see less experience. The staff didn't book for me even after the email was sent. Masseuse was great, staff counter lady did her best to accommodate.

There seem to be more places to go in the Old Town area, but I came to Chiba because it was 3 minutes away from my accommodation! I went right after opening time on a weekday, asked if a reservation was possible, and paid on the spot with Klook. For the Office Syndrome package, you can choose Your Retreat? You can think of it as taking off everything and wearing only sanitary panties, followed by an aroma oil massage and herbal ball steaming. It's not as strong as a Thai massage, but it's so refreshing, and it was really nice to receive it alone in a private space where no one was. It was nice that I could shower afterward, but please note that there is no hairdryer. The masseuse was nice, and the kindness of the reception staff seems to vary. Some people are kind, but since they don't understand English, they gossip among themselves, which wasn't very pleasant. So I recommend it!
