It was amazing! It was my first time in San Francisco and I was so happy that the clouds cleared up just in time as we were cruising! Really amazing views and the commentary was on point. just enough to catch my attention but also quite peaceful.

The best ever experience @ San Francisco!!! Booking is very easy, cancellation and refund is hassle-free since I need to update my itinerary & rebooked again to another date, ferry ride is only a few minutes and very safe, tour inside the prison got audio guide which the guests can follow complete with history & trivia and in different languages, they even offer printed guide in different languages also, the entire island is very interesting to explore, all-in-all, highly recommended!!!

Use your 2-attraction pass to select the Sunset Cruise. Tickets purchased on-site cost USD 58. The boat departs at 6:30 PM, so it's recommended to line up by 6:00 PM to secure your preferred window seat. There are three levels. The first level mainly has a bar and restrooms, with larger sofa seating. The second floor also has sofa seating, and on the day I went, they even offered free Boudin sourdough bread (a famous local bakery) due to some special event. The third floor is the deck area with the best views, but since the entire trip is two hours, I think the second floor is the best choice to avoid getting too cold after dark! The timing is perfect; you'll approach the Golden Gate Bridge just as the sun is setting. Finally, you can see the entire San Francisco skyline at night and pass close to Alcatraz Island. It's a worthwhile experience!

Klook voucher says redeem at Pier 3. THAT IS INCORRECT. GO TO PIER 39. Luckily, we passed Pier 39 that morning and asked the staff there. Tour itself was good and worth it.

This was my first trip to the United States, and when I came to San Francisco, I had to visit the Golden Gate Bridge and the very special Alcatraz Prison, so I chose Klook’s half-day tour. The meeting point is at Pier 33, and the Uber address is preset, making it easy to find. The instructions were clear upon arrival, and there are toilets on site and on the boat. It is recommended to scan the QR code and queue up early, which will help you choose your favorite seat when boarding the ship. The boat is very big, both indoors and outdoors, and there is also a hawker shop (you can only pay by credit card). Alcatraz Island is very close and will arrive in about half an hour. After landing on the island, someone will stand on a small stage to explain it to everyone, and then everyone can explore on their own. , follow the direction everyone is walking and you will arrive at the audio cellroom, where you can get audio guides for various countries. They are available in all countries. Please tell the staff on site how many people are you traveling with? Which language? Someone will help you set it up, and then you can follow the instructions to start listening and walking around. If your walking speed is slower than the tour guide, you can press the pause button and wait until you reach the next tour area before pressing play again. After walking along, you will reach the return office, and then visit the souvenir area. It is highly recommended to buy something as a souvenir. The return boat does not need to match the ticket time, you only need to gather at the port and wait for the next boat to board the boat and return. For the next one-hour cruise experience on the Golden Gate Bridge, you need to go to Pier 39. There is a small yellow and blue room to exchange tickets. Use QRcode to exchange for paper tickets. Go to the queue 15 minutes before the ship arrives. Personnel before boarding We will take commemorative photos for everyone, and you can buy them when you get off the ship. It costs 42 US dollars but there are three photos, which is very memorable. There are outdoor and indoor areas on the ship. It will pass by the bridge, cross the bridge and go around in a circle, allowing everyone to take photos to their satisfaction. After getting off the ship, you can visit Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39, it’s perfect! In short, I highly recommend everyone to buy this trip. I believe it will be a great memory in San Francisco.

Alcatraz island tour was interesting and informative. The audio tour is worthwhile and the views from the island impressive. The bay cruise we did at sunset and it was amazing. Definitely recommend

In 1.5 hours, the cruise brought us to the Golden Gate Bridge, round Alcatraz, and to the Bay Bridge. There are stories told about these locations as well as San Francisco that bring them to life. It's a great way to see these sights and learn about them.

Though it is stated to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure, you can always go in 10 minutes. The boat will depart on time. It was windy on the deck and sometimes, it gets rough so you better take your seats. It gets you close to the Alcatraz Island, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the equally stunning Oakland Bridge. You’ll get to see the San Francisco skyline from the Bay.
