Mont Saint-Michel tours

Weather in Normandy region is erratic and it was gloomy during our visit. Nevertheless, Mont Saint Michel was magnificent and worth a visit. Although the journey of 4 hours one way was long, the ride was comfortable with one toilet break in between. Both guides provided great information and were helpful. The lunch place recommended was also good.

The place is spectacular especially if you like old castle, old vibe feels. The transfer is a hassle though not the tour company issue but the Mont St Michel tourism transfer itself, got unlucky that one of the tram is broken and it’s pouring and we have to wait at least 30mins of our time in the rain (no shade) so we had to rush for lunch to be able to go to the abbey. We didn’t have the chance to do the audio guided bc we need to head back for the bus back to Paris. Overall though, the tour itself is great, the tour guides are chill and very helpful. The bus is clean and comfy, there’s a toilet inside, there’s usb chargers and can recline the seats.

It is a very worthwhile attraction to visit. The monastery is magnificent. Sitting in the church, although there are many tourists, I feel very peaceful in my heart. The surrounding scenery seen from the terrace is magnificent and beautiful! **This is a new activity on Klook and doesn’t have any reviews yet. great way to experience paris! highly recommend whether it be day or night time. The weather was chilly but we dont mind it too much as the cruise provided beautiful views of the city and it’s architecture

the louvre was excellent. but its so massive. if you a lot 1 day, you wont be able to see all of the art inside. we went to 2 wings and we called it quits because our feet were hurting already. the siene river boat ride was excellent as well. we went to the 8pm cruise at it was already dark and you can see the lights of the buildings. ride up top and in front of the boat so you can take pics of the buildings on the right and left side when the boat goes up the siene river.

definitely enjoyed it! Good thing we had enough time to visit saint-michel and nearby areas, it was such a beautiful scenery. I’ll definitely come back. btw, be prepared to walk so much stairs! wear comfortable shoes.

Mont Saint-Michel is very far away from Paris. It is very convenient to join the tour. The round-trip drive takes about 4-5 hours. You will stop at a rest stop along the way and you can go to the toilet to buy something to eat. You will arrive at Mont-Saint-Michel at about 12 o'clock. Around 16:15, you have to go back to the parking lot to gather and get on the bus. From the parking lot to Mont Saint-Michel, you need to take the shuttle bus. There are many people queuing up on the return trip. There will be a bus in about 5 minutes. It is recommended to reserve 20-30 minutes for queuing. By car, the scenery of Mont Saint-Michel is very beautiful, and you can have an unobstructed view from the top observation deck. However, the tour bus broke down on the way back, so you had to sit in a park and wait for the travel company to arrange it. The travel company's arrangements were very poor, and it was a long wait. It took 4 hours for another tour bus to take me back to Paris. It was already 2:15 local morning when I got back to Paris. I applied for a full refund but only a small amount was refunded. It was a bad experience this time.
