This was an absolutely fantastic class. As soon as you enter, check your voucher at the office on the right side of the entrance and wait there. After stretching, light running, and jump roping for warm-up, beginners are gathered separately for instruction. They teach various moves, including hooks, uppercuts, knee kicks, low kicks, and kicks, with 1-on-1 mitt training in stages. The training is constant and engaging, so your arms will be shaking by the end of the class. I wish I had more time to take the class every day. Highly recommend it.

I had a very enjoyable experience making Ya Dom. It was a place where I could create it while communicating with the other participants, so I felt it was the best location. The instructor's explanations were very thorough, and the cafe staff's service was excellent.

This was really one of the best experiences we had in Bangkok! We had such a laugh and an great time! I dit this workshop with my son and it was just the two of us and we got all the attention, help and time; no rushing. And we go home with an absolute unique piece. Exceed my expection !!! Pu (the master) including the instructress was very nice people and the training provided by both were awesome. I truly learn from this lesson and been the only trainee that day, she continue to teach without failed. I strongly recommend whoever that read this, if you have 2hrs to spare while you are in Bangkok, go for the massage lesson by Master Pu. You will definitely love the class on what you learnt. My personal suggestion is to go with your spouse/partner. You will have a better practice during the lesson. location: Very Easy to Find (near to the train station 10mins walk)

We had a fantastic time making our own customised perfume today. it was fun as we get to explore the scents that appeal to us and making our own blend. The staff were all friendly, patient and approachable. Special thanks to Ms Nong who was so patient with me when I was having a hard time deciding on the scent as there were so many to choose from. She is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She is very amazing and awesome. Very impressed with her service. Will visit the shop again.

I learned with a smile. I learned it alone, but it's a shame that the option is available for 2 people or more. Even people who don't exercise can easily follow along. But it's a surprisingly intense workout. I feel great after finishing it... There is a shower room, but you need to bring your own clothes, underwear, towels, etc. I only brought my underwear and dried it while walking down the street like Kian84, lol. It was a really fun experience.
