This was my first time using the service. The weather was nice, but the sun was very strong and it was hot, so I recommend wearing a hat. The meeting time was 20 minutes before 5:00 PM, but the cruise didn't arrive until 5:00 PM, which made me think it was okay to be quite late. I booked the upper deck through Klook, which offered great views from the deck and included one drink, so I was happy with the value. There weren't too many or too few people, and as the reviews mentioned, it wasn't too noisy, allowing for a peaceful experience. It's best to lower your expectations for the food, but I enjoyed trying a variety of Thai dishes. The atmosphere was lovely. I went alone and had no issues. The only downside was the somewhat inconvenient access to Asiatique. However, with souvenir shops and a supermarket, it's a good spot to enjoy for half a day as a tourist destination.

The marine life here is incredible! It was truly breathtaking to see so many large sharks swimming by, and we were lucky enough to catch an amazing feeding show, which the kids absolutely loved. The overall environment is very pleasant, making it a perfect hidden gem for families to relax and explore in depth!

The Sanctuary of Truth is one of the most breathtaking attractions I've ever visited. The sheer craftsmanship of this magnificent all-wooden structure is incredible, with every inch beautifully hand-carved and filled with intricate details. It's not just a building—it's a work of art that reflects philosophy, culture, and spirituality. Walking through the sanctuary was a fascinating experience, and learning about the meaning behind the carvings made the visit even more memorable. The peaceful surroundings and ocean views added to the charm, making it a perfect place to slow down and truly appreciate the beauty of the architecture. The staff and guides were friendly and informative, and the entire site was well-maintained. Whether you're interested in history, architecture, photography, or simply looking for something unique, the Sanctuary of Truth is an absolute must-visit in Pattaya. I highly recommend exploring this incredible landmark. It's an experience you'll remember.

I was a bit unsure about this since I have been to towers in various cities, however I was pleasantly surprised as the views around Bangkok were fantastic. it really gave you an appreciation of the layout and elective architecture of old and new. Well worth a visit. We also had skyvere included which was a fun series of rooms with great opportunities for our teenage children to take photographs.

Fantastic introduction to Muay Thai boxing. The multimedia presentation gives great background on the history of the sport, and the fights themselves are real, raw, and exciting. Be aware the stadium has very large steps. If you have mobility or balance issues you may need help getting to your seat—I did—but the staff were very helpful and attendants are everywhere. Throughout the night they walk around taking food and drink orders, which makes it very easy to relax and enjoy the fights. The event starts around 7 PM and runs until about 10 PM. Comfortable seating, authentic fights, and a great atmosphere. We took a Grab to the stadium and back home afterward, which made getting there simple.

The Klook Chao Phraya Princess Dinner Cruise in Bangkok was my third time joining, and it was still a very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere on board was fun and lively, especially with guests from different nationalities dancing and enjoying the night together. The food was good, with a decent variety that complemented the overall experience. The live entertainment was a highlight—both the singer and the band were very good and really added energy to the cruise. The only downside was the rain during boarding, which made the boarding process a bit chaotic and less smooth than usual. Overall, still a great and memorable experience on the Chao Phraya River.

The experience is amazing. The safari world is the best. We become so close with the animals, and took pictures with them. The food of the international buffet is fine, and we really love the free coconut ice cream. That is our favorite. Animal shows are great. Our driver is helpful and humorous, he is a joker. He provided round-trip transportation from our hotel to Safari World. One thing that you can improve with this experience is to always have an assistant on the scanner of the voucher. I took five minutes on scanning and entering the code, because the QR code and code is not recognize. An assistant approached us, and he told me the right code to enter. It is just a small issue, and we still have a great time. Hopefully, we can have some discount on our next booking. Kidding aside, please continue to have the best service that you can provide. Thank you very much.

We were truly amazed as soon as we entered the exhibition. Every dinosaur was incredibly lifelike, and the staff's dedicated performances created a tense and thrilling atmosphere. My kids were screaming with excitement the whole time; the experience was absolutely fantastic! I genuinely recommend visiting after midday when the crowds are smaller, making for a more enjoyable and higher-quality visit. It's a place both adults and children will absolutely love!

Safety: We felt completely at ease during the cruise! The food was served buffet-style, with some dishes cooked right in front of us, and we were confident in the hygiene standards. Facilities: It was a large, three-story cruise ship (though I'm not sure if this is always the case). However, it's definitely safer to complete check-in well in advance. (We arrived three hours early, checked in, and then enjoyed shopping at ICONSIAM). Experience: Since it was my birthday, there was a surprise cake! This was a complimentary perk, and it made for an unforgettable day! Also, be careful not to get too engrossed in the food and dinner show, or you might miss Wat Arun! Instructor: The staff were kind and attentive. Location: It's located along the river at ICONSIAM. *Please be careful not to wait for the boat at Pier 1. People boarding the same boat will have the same sticker, so be sure to check frequently.

Our first trip to Phi Phi Island, booked through Klook, was truly unforgettable! 🌊🏝️ I highly recommend this tour to anyone planning an island trip in Phuket. We had an amazing experience, thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Chang, and his incredible team. As someone who doesn’t know how to swim, I was quite nervous about snorkeling. The moment I told Chang, he immediately stayed by my side, guided me safely into the deeper water, and helped me discover the beautiful underwater world. Chang is friendly, professional, caring, and can speak several languages, making everyone feel comfortable throughout the trip. A big thank you as well to his team for taking such good care of my girls while snorkeling. Their kindness and support made the experience even more enjoyable. If we visit Phuket again, we will definitely book this tour again and ask for Chang as our guide. Thank you, Chang and your amazing team, for making our first Phi Phi Island adventure so special.

Our female tour guide was excellent; not only did she clearly explain the key details in both English and Chinese, but the experience was so good that you would definitely want to come back if given the chance to go on a similar tour. Keep it up for her…🙏🏻🙂

We booked our Carnival Magic package via Klook with Royal Seat upgrade, buffet dinner, and join‑in transfer. As a family of three, this was one of our best Phuket activities. We skipped the transfer going in to arrive at opening (5:30 PM) for a relaxed start. The buffet hall was grand but food options were average and the kids’ section could be better. The show, however, was phenomenal — creative, impressive, and captivating. Even my 6‑year‑old, usually hesitant with shows, was amazed throughout. After the show (ending around 9 PM), we paid 500 baht for a buggy ride through the Kingdom of Lights, which was worth it for kids and elderly. For the return, the join‑in transfer was smooth: staff at the counter guided us to the van, and after a short wait, we were dropped back at our Phuket Town hotel. Overall, Carnival Magic is a must‑visit; while the buffet can improve, the show and service made the evening unforgettable.
