Fuss free and easy to use. Bus timing is accurate. I was a bit uncertain at first since I had not taken Express Bus in Korea before this, so hopefully these tips can be helpful. Arrive at the Express Bus terminal 10-15 minutes before the departure time stated on your ticket. The bus will be there about 5+ minutes before to allow boarding and loading of luggage if any. Pay attention to the bus boarding bay which is visible from the indoor waiting area. You will know which is your bus by the display on the bus which shows your destination and your departure time. The video display showing bus times, numbers, statuses is not really helpful as it seems to only show historical data, so your upcoming bus might not show (this was my own experience). Once boarded the bus, just scan your Klook QR code ticket using the scanner on the bus. The system tallies your ticket details to the seat number on board.

Easy enough to get to the bus station in Seoul. There's a lot of buses from the station so make sure to get there a little early to find the gate (you can ask the folks at the ticket counter) - the gate number is on the ticket once you click through
