Our flight departure was delayed, causing our arrival to be nearly two hours late, but Klook handled all the adjustments, making the experience stress-free. They sent us photos of the taxi's license plate and the waiting area, so we had no trouble finding our driver. After a long trip, the journey from the airport to home can be exhausting, but with a taxi, we didn't have to carry our luggage, allowing us to return home still feeling happy from our trip. The driver didn't speak Japanese, but he was very friendly and we were able to communicate using gestures, so we didn't feel any anxiety. He also helped us load and unload our large suitcases. There were five of us traveling, and the cost wasn't significantly different from using public transportation, so we would definitely like to use this service again next time.
