Kayumanis Spa Experience in Nusa Dua Bali

Wonderful massage by Pita, 2 hours went too quickly! It’s relaxing and value for money. It’s even better than the spa at the hotel right next to it…I had lunch at Piasan next to the spa and it was great too.

The therapists are experienced and skilful. They have both male and female therapists. We received very warm treatment and excellent service from our therapists, Devi and Yuyun, from the start to the end of our session. The massages itself are a delightful experience and relaxing indeed. We really enjoyed our massages, and appreciated the complimentary transportation to and fro our hotel. I was informed that the reservation was completed on Klook, but the voucher did not have the time written on it, so I was wondering what to do, but I immediately received a reservation confirmation email from the spa, which was a relief. When I requested an additional pick-up, I received a reply immediately, and I was impressed with how well-organized it was. I was told that there was a restaurant and spa building outside the gate of the hotel grounds, but I couldn't see it from the reception, and when I went inside with the therapist, I saw several spa villas built separately. In a quiet environment, I was massaged with skilled techniques, and although I thought it was a waste, I fell asleep in no time. I slept so deeply that I hardly remembered it. Is this price really enough for such a luxurious experience? It was an exceptional price, but it may be for a limited time. It took a long time to get from Seminyak, and if the road was clear, it would be about 45 minutes? I thought I had asked for a pick-up with plenty of time, but it actually took about an hour and a half... The shuttle was by the spa (= hotel) car, so the driver contacted me during the traffic jam, which was reassuring, but I was a little late for the start time. On the way back to the airport, it took about 50 minutes.

The overall environment is very comfortable and tranquil, like enjoying aromatherapy in a forest! The massage therapists Pita and Yuyun have excellent skills, with gentle hands and just the right amount of pressure. It was such a treat! If you're in the Nusa Dua area of Bali, give it a try!

We experienced this spa on our last night in Bali, and it was absolutely wonderful. There was a complimentary pick-up service from our hotel, and when we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful private room just for the two of us. We enjoyed a refreshing welcome drink while filling out a short form before the treatment. Yuyun and Desi were amazing — their massage was so relaxing that the 90 minutes passed by in no time. I would love to visit again and request both of them when I return to Bali. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience!

Nice hospitality and massage service was absolutely great

My parents received a massage, and they said they liked it because it was located at a hotel in the Nusa Dua area, so they provided a pick-up service so they could travel comfortably, and the facilities were very clean and the massage oil was high-quality. He said that he had a comfortable stay at the private villa spa and that the masseuses were very courteous and skilled. He said he intended to visit again and recommended it.

At first, I was a little frustrated because I couldn't get in touch with them, but when I asked, they picked me up and dropped me off. When I arrived at the shop, the facilities were completely private, the therapists were very kind, and the massage went smoothly. I was disappointed that the 2 hours passed by so quickly. I recommend staying in the Nusa Dua area.

On the day of our appointment, the provider informed us of a schedule change. The driver followed company policy and arrived at 7:00 PM, so the driver was not late. However, our WhatsApp messages confirmed a 6:40 PM pickup, which caused confusion. From 6:41 to 7:00 PM, we tried to contact the provider via WhatsApp, but received no response. Before the massage, the session time was confirmed as 7:30–9:30 PM (including 10 minutes for shower). Just before starting, the therapist said, “We have been waiting for you for 30 minutes.” This was frustrating, as the issue was due to internal miscommunication, not because we were late. Being blamed affected our mood, and the massage was not relaxing. This is the first negative review I have ever written, and my husband insisted we share this experience so others are aware. We hope the provider can improve internal communication and coordination in the future.

I took the 120-minute course and thought it was a great value for the price. The facilities were extraordinary and relaxing.
