Pre-trip Notification

* Between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure, we will contact you via the contact method you provided. If you do not receive information, please check your email. Emails may sometimes go into spam folders. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time on the day of departure and look for a JRT tour guide flag for inquiries. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

* If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required for a tour, you will be notified of cancellation by email one day before departure. In case of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, cancellation will be confirmed by 18:00 local time one day before departure and notified by email.

Seating and Vehicles

• The tour is a shared group tour, and seat allocation follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions.
• The vehicle model used will be arranged according to the number of participants; specific models cannot be requested. For smaller groups, a driver may also serve as the on-board staff, and explanations may be brief.
• If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notification, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be issued. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle. If any damage or stains are caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles may not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. Overtime will incur additional charges (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 JPY per hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopovers, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions based on actual circumstances.
• If cable cars, cruise ships, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, the itinerary will be changed to visit other attractions or the stopover time will be adjusted.
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, temporary changes to meeting points, or leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the tour must be borne by the individual.

Season and Scenery

• In winter, if highways are closed or scenic areas have restricted access due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be issued.

Other Notes

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. The tour will not wait for latecomers, and latecomers cannot join midway.
• We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain itineraries, please bring your own warm clothing.

* The tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance; it is recommended that you purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks, so travelers should register cautiously based on their own health conditions.

* After the tour departs, if it is forced to be interrupted due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refund will be issued, and travelers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.

* During Japanese public holidays and weekend peak travel times, severe traffic jams or early closures of attractions are common. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for the same evening, and to bring light snacks and a power bank.
