My tour guide, Ken, was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very accommodating. For me, he is the best Vietnamese, English-speaking tourist guide that I’ve ever met so far on all the guided-tour that I’ve booked with Klook. He is a graduate of Business English and he was able to apply the degree he finished in college to his current work as an expert tour guide at the age of 23. He fetched me from my hotel at the very start of the tour and have me ride with him in his motorcycle as we roam around the city and go from once place to another. He rides his motorcycle with care. He even took good care of me when I’m with him while I’m with him in his motorcycle and while we roam around the streets too. He mastered the current and previos information that pertained to the places that were part of the tour. We’ve been to the Burning Monk monument, the oldest Traditional Vietnamese Coffee shop with an old bunker in front, the oldest apartment in Ho Chi Minh that also has the Hong Kong vibe, flower market and we also had avocado with coconut ice cream just right after the flower market. We already skipped the chinese temple because iy was closed by 5pm and yet we’re still having ice cream. aour last stop was we had Vietnamese dry noodles with soup on the side that has pig liver, intestine and beef balls that was so tasty. Ken also asked me where do I want to go at the end of our tour. I told him to bring me to Landmark 81 and so he did. I was so thakful i met Ken, my tour guide. For me he is the best that I’ve ever met when I travelled here in Ho Chi Minh. I highly recommend Ken. I felt pampered and at the same time would like to come back again but with my Kids, here in Ho Chi Minh City becauae of him. He deserve a 5/5 rating indeed!
Ken is a very considerate and easygoing tour guide! In the tour you could swiftly see the feature of the main districts and some important historical characters in the wars. In addition, he will take you to have some taste of the local food on street and in the store. When you have any question, he can always answer you and share the experience! Highly remommended:)
I surprisingly enjoyed this tour a lot. Long is very nice, knowledgable and he’s fun to talk to. The tour is really interesting and what i liked most about it are the stories behind each destination. This is highly recommended for those who are looking for a local experience.
Very personal private tour. One on one tour with Long. He was a big help and was very accomodating. He adjusted the itinerary to my liking and as to where I’ve been already and haven’t been yet. Overall great experience!
This experience stands out as one of the most memorable moments of my time in Vietnam, offering a unique glimpse into the country's multifaceted culture. Tom, Teo, & others our gracious tour guides, opened their doors and hearts to us, providing an insider's perspective that enriched our understanding of Vietnam's rich heritage. From the captivating coffee tasting, where we met the passionate owners, to the intriguing exploration of ginseng tea, every stop was a revelation. We delved into history at the oldest building in Ho Chi Minh City, soaking in its tales, and strolled through the lively flower market, marveling at the array of blooms. As we listened to the haunting story of the nearby building and ventured through the silk road market, we felt truly immersed in the tapestry of Vietnamese life. Along the way, we visited various temples and statues, offering insights into the heroes of the country and their enduring legacy. The crowning motorbike experience allowed us to navigate the bustling streets like locals, completing an unforgettable journey. For anyone seeking to deepen their connection with Vietnam, I wholeheartedly recommend this tour—it's an opportunity to unlock the essence of this remarkable country. 🇻🇳
Compared to the traditional famous scenic spots, I prefer the tour guide to show us the other side of the city. The tour guide's itinerary is well arranged and the process is full of pleasure. Highly recommended
My guide was KEN, and I would like to thank him again for his enthusiasm throughout the tour. They shared the schedule in advance before the tour, and the place I originally planned to go to almost overlapped with another tour, but I told them in advance and they changed the schedule without any problem. Thanks to this, I was able to visit places that I would never have been able to visit alone with Ken while listening to detailed explanations, and it was great because I felt like I explored more of Saigon than just seeing the famous tourist attractions that everyone goes to. Especially if you come to Ho Chi Minh City alone, I highly recommend this tour and ken~!! It won’t be a waste of time and money~~
We had a little trouble with the guide finding our hotel. However, we had a great time afterward! We went to many unique places and got to try some good Vietnamese food while we were at it! The guide was very knowledgeable and funny.
