Good to know
- Children under 6 cannot join ski activities.
- Lift tickets & equipment rental are valid for same-day use; overnight guests must repurchase for the next day.
- You may choose only the options you need (accommodation, shuttle, etc.).
- Gloves, helmets, goggles not included. Gloves can be brought or purchased; helmets & goggles available for rent.
- Private lessons: 2 hours per session, limited availability. If full, lesson fees will be refunded.
- Accommodation: Limited rooms, may sell out during holidays. Refunds provided if unavailable. Breakfast included.
- Driver contact: The driver will reach you via WhatsApp/WeChat the afternoon before the tour. A valid, reachable phone number is required. If unreachable and you miss the tour, no refund, cancellation, or change is allowed. Please check and reply to messages carefully.
- Punctuality: Tours depart on time. No individual calls or waiting. Arrive at the meeting point early. Late arrivals are non-refundable.
- Other: Itinerary/timetable are reference only and may change due to traffic or package choice.
- Insurance not included. Travelers should arrange their own coverage.
