Great tour especially for children. It's super cold upstairs, but the views are great. Inside is heated and has snacks and drinks. It was nice to warm up inside after sitting outside for the first half of the tour. The guide was fun and kept it entertaining. Can't beat it for the price!

The guide will explain things to you, but he does not speak Japanese. There are snacks on board. I recommend taking the boat at night rather than during the day! If you want to see the buildings well, it's better to go during the day, and if you want to see the beautiful scenery, it's better to go at night!
