What to expect
Kuehs are a traditional snack/dessert originating from Southeast Asia. For this class, you will be learning how to make kuehs specifically originating from Malaysia, namely Putri Salat ( two-layered dessert with steamed glutinous rice forming the bottom half and a green custard layer made with pandan juice) and Badak Berendam (glutinous rice balls in coconut milk). Ingredients are provided and you will be able to bring home the kuehs that you have made!
