Reviews
The Alnwick Castle and the Borders Day Tour from Edinburgh was a really great experience and definitely worth trying. The castles speak for themselves beautiful, historic, and full of character. The tour guide also explained a lot of interesting history that made the trip more meaningful and enjoyable. The guide herself was amazing very cheerful, helpful, and energetic throughout the journey. The Scottish music she played during the ride created a perfect atmosphere and made the experience feel even more authentic. My only complaint is that I wish the castle entrance fees were included in the package, especially since I ended up paying around £44 extra. Also, the ride was very long, but other than that, no complaints at all. Overall, I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to learn more about Scotland’s history and enjoy some incredible scenery.
An unmissable experience if you're in Edinburgh. Our driver and guide, Torva, was very friendly and provided detailed descriptions of the places. Both castles are beautiful, but Alnwick Castle is indescribable—don't miss the broomstick lesson!
Visited two castles, the weather was sunny, and the castle scenery was beautiful. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and polite, and the itinerary connection time was well controlled, returning to Edinburgh's Old Town on time.
