#【Notes on Tickets】

• Tickets are required for admission and cannot be reused; parent-child tickets require two people to enter at the same time and cannot be used separately.
• You must present the QR code of the electronic ticket for this event when entering. You can enter after verification by the staff. Please confirm the status of your mobile phone in advance to avoid affecting your admission rights.
• This electronic ticket is regarded as a bearer securities. The QR Code for admission verification can only be used once. Once it is canceled, it will become invalid. Please keep it properly.
• For each ticket, please enter according to the purchased event. If the ticket expires, please wait in line on site or contact Klook customer service to modify the new reservation.
• For ticket refunds and exchanges, please go to the original ticket purchase channel. Late tickets will not be accepted. Please contact Klook customer service staff for refund or exchange.
• Children under 3 years old can enter for free, and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (relevant ID must be presented. If you do not bring an ID, your height will be judged by whether you are over 90 cm; the age calculation method is based on your actual age on the day of the visit) ).
• Those who qualify for free tickets should take the initiative to present their IDs for verification by service staff before entering. If they are not qualified, please purchase tickets based on their status; those who qualify for preferential status (discount tickets, love tickets) cannot request partial refunds after entering with tickets. Or subsidize the ticket difference.
• In order for the service staff to be clearly identifiable, persons with disabilities who are required to accompany them are required to enter the venue next to the persons with disabilities.

#【Notes on Admission】

• Please keep your personal belongings by yourself. The organizer does not provide storage service. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
• This exhibition is open for photography, but please respect the intellectual property rights of the organizer and the copyright of the works; the use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers is prohibited in the entire exhibition area. You are not allowed to take commercial photos or interviews without prior permission.
• Please abide by the visiting routes, exhibition rules and on-site staff instructions. If you encounter a large crowd, please wait in line in order.
• Eating and drinking is prohibited in the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food or drinks into the exhibition hall. Smoking, chewing gum and betel nut are prohibited.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition venue. Please use the facilities outside the exhibition venue before entering.
• It is prohibited to sell or resell tickets at the exhibition venue; if there is any inappropriate behavior and no effect is obtained after being dissuaded, you must leave the venue immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous goods and contraband are not allowed inside the exhibition venue.
• There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order within the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please notify nearby staff immediately for assistance.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition business hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official FB announcement. If there are any matters not covered above, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
