Christmas Lunch Buffet (From Dec)
In the festive month of December, City Café presents a variety of selected global delicacies to celebrate. Highlighted festival dishes include: seafood platter and Japanese sashimi, Parma Ham with Melon, assorted cold cuts platter, Roasted U.S. Striploin of Beef, Slow Cooked Turkey served with Cranberry Sauce, Button Mushroom with Black Truffle Paste on Shrimp Toast, Honey Glaze Smoked Ham etc. Desserts feature Christmas Log Cake with Praline Marron Chocolate, Christmas Stollen and Portuguese Caramel Pudding with Port Wine etc. All accompanied by unlimited servings of various ice creams, juices, teas, and coffees.
Abalone, Sea Urchin and Oyster Buffet Dinner (From Nov)
City Café presents the "Abalone, Sea Urchin and Oyster Buffet Dinner," featuring a variety of signature abalone, sea urchin, and oyster delicacies, ushering in a flavorful autumn-winter seafood feast! Featured delicacies include Baked Oysters in Kilpatrick, Rockefeller and Lobster Cheese Sauce, Braised Oxtail with Abalone and Urchin in Puff Pastry, Baked King Prawn with Sea Urchin and Crab Roes Sauce, Sea Urchin with Salmon Roe and Scallop Sashimi Shooter, Mixed Mushroom with Abalone Mini Tartlet, Roasted Rack of Lamb with Pistachio Pesto Crust, Slow Cooked Roasted Australian Wagyu etc. The buffet dinner also offers a continuous supply of Air-flown Oysters, Chilled Prawns, Blue Mussels, Snow Crab Legs, Fresh Clams and Japanese Sashimi. There is also an unlimited servings of ice cream, as well as all-you-can-drink juice, red and white wine and beer.

This December, City Café presents the “Christmas Seafood Dinner Buffet,” featuring unlimited servings of over ten varieties of chilled seafood and sashimi, including freshly flown-in oysters, chilled prawns, snow crab legs, fresh clams, blue mussels, and assorted Japanese sashimi. Festive highlights include Slow Cooked Australian Wagyu, Sea Urchin with Salmon Roe and Scallop Sashimi Shooter, French Duck Foie Gras Pate with Raspberry Jus, Baked Oyster, Braised Oxtail with Abalone and Urchin in Puff Pastry, and Mixed Mushroom with Abalone Mini Tartlet etc. Each guest will also enjoy a complimentary “Boston Lobster Thermidor (Half)”. Unlimited ice cream in various flavors, juices, red and white wine, and beer are also available, making this a truly indulgent Christmas celebration!
