Good to know

  • [Tattoos] Tattoos may prevent access to onsen (hot springs); please be aware that Japanese onsen typically require nudity.
  • [Notice for Elderly and Pregnant Travelers] If the booking party includes seniors aged 70 or above or pregnant women, a waiver must be signed to ensure your safety and rights. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. We will send the agreement via email after receiving the order. Please sign and return a photo of the signed document to complete the registration process.
  • [Luggage Allowance] Each traveler may bring one piece of luggage free of charge (carry-on size recommended). Please specify this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. If you bring extra luggage without notifying us at least one day in advance, it may cause overcrowding and affect safety. The tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided.
  • [Notice for Infants] If you are traveling with infants under 3 years old who do not require a seat, please be sure to note this when booking. Even if the infant does not occupy a seat, they must be included in the vehicle's passenger count. If you do not notify us in advance, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding.
  • [Notification Time and Method] We will send an email with the tour guide and vehicle information between 20:00 and 21:00 the day before the trip. If you have booked a hotel pickup package, please follow the instructions in the email and wait outside the hotel lobby at the designated time. Emails may be mistakenly marked as spam, so please check your junk mail folder. During peak season or under special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed; the final email shall prevail.
  • [Meeting and Lateness Instructions] This activity is a shared ride tour, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be waited for or refunded, and any resulting responsibilities and expenses must be borne by you.
  • [Vehicle Type and Language Information] We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of people on the day, and we cannot specify the type of vehicle. You may be traveling in the same vehicle with guests who speak other languages.
  • [Seasonal Activity Notice] Seasonal limited-time activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, snow scenes, light shows, and festivals are susceptible to weather or other force majeure factors. If no official cancellation notice is received, the trip will depart as usual. If the flowering period or scenery is not as expected, no refunds will be given, please understand.
  • [Departure Time May Be Adjusted] During the peak tourist season or under special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be earlier or later. The specific time will be notified by email the day before. Please prepare in advance.
  • [Seating Arrangement Instructions] Seating on shared ride tours is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please note them when booking. We will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's on-site dispatch.
  • [Itinerary Adjustment Instructions] Because Japan strictly controls the usage time of operating vehicles, the attractions, transportation, and stay times included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the conditions of the day. In the event of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will reasonably adjust the order or reduce some attractions after consulting the majority of opinions. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • [No Leaving the Group Mid-Tour] The itinerary is a group tour activity, and it is not possible to leave the group or leave the tour without authorization. If you choose to leave the group mid-tour, the remaining itinerary will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and no fees will be refunded. The risks or responsibilities arising after leaving the group shall be borne by the individual.
  • [End Time for Reference Only] The return time period is the estimated arrival time. Because the trip involves a long drive, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. We will not be liable for compensation for losses caused by delays.
  • [Small Group Instructions] If there are few guests traveling, we will arrange a small car for the trip. Please note that due to the long journey, the small vehicles used may not be as comfortable as large buses, and the space inside the car is limited. To ensure the riding experience of all passengers, please do not bring large luggage (such as large suitcases). In addition, the drivers of small groups and chartered services will prioritize safe driving, and the explanation along the way may be simpler than that of large groups, please understand. It is recommended that you fully assess whether the itinerary is suitable for your personal needs before registering. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
