Booking guidelines

- The eSIM is valid upon installation for your selected duration. If you Install your eSIM at 2200, it will end at 2200, based on your selected validity

- Tap Add Cellular Plan/eSIM
- Scan QR code we provide and install the eSIM

- Go to Settings on your device
- Tap on Network & Internet
- Tap the Add or + icon next to Mobile Network
- Scan QR code we provide and install the eSIM
Important Notes
- To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required
- You may install eSIM before traveling (before your flight) or, at the destination when you need it
- eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation

The e-sim was delivered quickly after booking. Easy to install but didn’t realised that I have to turn the data roaming on to be able to use the mobile data which was not in the instructions for iOS. Only realised it when I got home, could have been handy while at the airport to connect with family.
This internet is fast and easy to install. It is way cheaper than to have a data roaming from your personal internet provider

The eSIM worked well but after 19 days of using, it did not worked. I’ve reached out to costumer service but is not able to resolve. Even contacted airhubb, yet no response. I’ve purchased 2 items and both eSIM stopped working after some point!
Do not buy this. I bought for a month. I have bought esim before this too while traveling but this was such an inconvenience to activate at the outset as the reception didn’t come. after multiple attempts of switching phone on and off, it finally worked but I could get reception only in Manilla and Cebu city. It didn’t work on other islands such as Palawan, Moalboal, Coron, Siargao. wouldn’t recommend. it’s a scam
The eSIM had a lot of issues. It wouldn’t work properly when I first activated it and had to get in touch with the help centre, it finally worked after a few days with the staff’s help. However, after a week or so, it started acting up again and wouldn’t allow me to use any data. I had to repeatedly reset my network settings and my connections to hopefully get it to work but even then, it was still on and off.
ordered for 5 esims, at first only 4 came. thankfully the missing esim, came before the day ends.
My subscription has not worked at all. Re-installed the esim several times, ERROR KEEPS APPEARING. Kindly rectify the issue at the soonest.
Unfortunately, the e-sim i bought is not working until now. Tried to chat online for assistance but issue still not resolved.
Barely works in the philippinnes. Manila is ok, the rest of the island / cities doesn't work.
