Buffet Dining Experience by Ambassador 5-Star Cruise Ha Long

The dinner was sumptuous, and we listened to Vietnamese pop songs, enjoyed the sea view, and watched the small fireworks display. It was comfortable and enjoyable. Although it was a Monday and there were fewer people, the service did not deteriorate. I recommend that you must attend.

The buffet is not too bad, but not high-end. It sails on time. It is suitable for a group of friends or families, but it is not suitable for couples in love because it is too lively and noisy. There is a live band, a third-sex dance show suite, and a DJ show on the top of the ship. , more suitable for friends who love fun. If you pay for your order, you get a free drink. Remember to be careful, you may almost be charged.

The buffet was awesome with so many options. 5 star entertainment and service. We love the food so much, it much better than 5-star restaurant.

Booking on klook is very convenient, quick confirmation. Food on cruise is delicious, nothing to complain about. Overall I had a very enjoyable trip. Next time I will still book on klook

Very good dinner with tons of options and desserts. Entertainment was lively with singers and dancers. Great views of the city and bay from the cruise also. Well worth it.

it was good the ambiance and all are professional but only booked food was available there and you can't order anything else apart drinks. for indians we can find the food a less spicy, so order food after research only.

Great music and fireworks experience, however, the buffet counter does not have much variety of dishes and the counter and seating arrangements are a bit cramped.

Do not buy from Klook. We booked tickets 3 days ahead, and the order status showed "CONFIRMED." However, when my family arrived at the Ambassador boarding center, the front desk officer informed us that they had not received any of our information. We tried to reach out to Klook, but their customer service was solely ”Robot". It took nearly 1.5 hours before we were able to CHAT to a human representative. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, Klook still failed to resolve the issue. The ambassador officer said they had many of the same issues from Klook customers, which means both Parties didn't make any efforts to solve the problem, especially to Klook!

Few dishes, not diverse dishes, clams and seafood are cold, so it feels fishy, the show is not special, not worth the money
