Single Ticket: Includes 1 admission ticket, valid for single use.

Senior ticket: Age 70 and above

Family Ticket: Includes one adult and one child between 90cm and 120cm in height.

Important Information: One person per ticket. Ticket cannot be transferred to another person after entry.

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent to enter the park; parents must be adults over 18 years of age with the ability to move freely and provide guardianship.

Each adult can bring one child under 90cm free of charge (measured on-site). Children under 60cm are not allowed to enter the park.

Not suitable for pregnant women.

For the health of the animals, please do not feed them without authorization.

Visitors must comply with the park's visitor guidelines (posted at the entrance of each store).

The park or pavilion reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Different attractions or facilities within the park or exhibition hall have different age, height, or usage restrictions. Users must comply with the rules of each individual ride and the instructions of on-site staff.

The park or exhibition hall reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of any rides or facilities on the project list due to maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.

The Park or the Exhibition Centre may, from time to time, based on Park or Exhibition Centre capacity, inclement weather, special events, safety, security or order concerns, or as otherwise required in the circumstances, change the operating hours of the Park or the Exhibition Centre or attractions, temporarily close the Park or any part of it, limit the number of persons entering the Park, and/or suspend any ride or cancel any entertainment program, without prior notice, refund or compensation. Tickets, tours, offers or promotions are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part, or used in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts.

All participants must confirm they hold a valid passport or Mainland Travel Permit. Merchants will not be responsible for any refunds or compensation if departure is denied due to documentation or personal issues.

After purchase, an admission QR Code will be received. Valid admission code and a valid Hong Kong/Macau ID card must be presented for entry; one ticket per person, no changing users midway.
