Sakunthala's Food Palace in Little India

It was very painful to have no Wi-Fi on my mobile phone at that time. Fortunately, the service staff here were very enthusiastic about letting me use Wi-Fi, and the Indian food was also very delicious.

This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants. Loved the service and the food as usual, and the biryani did not disappoint!

As soon as I entered the store, I immediately asked if the redemption coupon could be used. After waiting for the clerk to ask questions, I finally got the answer that it could be used. When checking out, the store searched for a long time how to write off this ticket, and then printed out the checkout list, saying that the total price minus the price of this meal is the price we have to pay, but the klook voucher clearly stated the cost. It includes meals, service fees and taxes, but the store did not deduct them. We translated the voucher directly to the store with a picture, and they were unwilling to deduct the service fees and taxes for the meals. Although it was a small amount, this made us really unhappy. I'm happy, I think the store is very dishonest, I hope klook can communicate with the store properly! The above checkout communication took nearly 30-40 minutes and I was overcharged for meal service fees and taxes! Highly not recommended to buy!

The food and the atmosphere in the restaurant are perfect. However, I got confused when using the voucher at the cashier as the staff exported the bill faster than I could show her the voucher. However, the manager gave me 2 options to take the refund for my chicken biryani by cash or take a free one takeaway. I chose a refund. An experience for ones who don't know.

Very good quality! And the waitress and manager there are super nice and helpful. Strongly recommend!
