Great experience ! I was very impressed by their service ! They would ask for any food allergies before I started eating, they even delivery the food and drinks to your table so you don’t need to carry hot soups or any liquid items from a long distance to your table !

The hotel environment is comfortable, the food is fresh, and the staff are polite, friendly, and kind. We happened to be there for Mother's Day, and they had special gifts, with a small cake for every table, unique tea drinks, fragrant coffee, and exquisite, delicious desserts!

The foods are superb and the staffs are very friendly. Highly recommended to try the buffet. Glad that I am purchased via klook as it is slightly cheaper than walk in.

This was my first time trying Woo Cheong Tea House, and it was Thai Night. The restaurant was about 50-60% full. The food was average, but they did have oysters, which not many hotels offer at the same price point. The ambiance was great, and the service quality was exceptional. I'm not sure why there were so few people on a Saturday; I couldn't get a reservation anywhere else, which is why I booked Woo Cheong. I hope to have a new experience next time.

This time, I came to the restaurant with my mom to celebrate her birthday, and we truly had an unforgettable evening. Thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service. Special thanks to the dessert team for patiently introducing the desserts, and also to the bar staff for helping us open the mangosteens – it was very heartwarming. Especially Serly, who was very attentive throughout our visit, constantly checking if we needed any help. She arranged the cake for us and even proactively organized a birthday song, which was a wonderful surprise for my mom. Regarding the food, the crab legs were very fresh, and the complimentary birthday chocolate mousse cake, just taken from the fridge, had a great texture and was delicious. Finally, when we left the restaurant, every staff member bid us a kind farewell, making us feel truly valued. Thank you again to Serly and all the staff for giving us such a pleasant and memorable birthday celebration. We will definitely come again!

The waitstaff's attitude was excellent! There's a wide variety of food options, and the seafood is good! There's also a diverse selection of desserts. The seating is comfortable and not cramped.

When you are seated, the waiter is very nice and will introduce the location of the food. There are many styles, refills are fast, the taste is good, and there is fried ice cream which is rare in places.

The environment and service are great, there are many varieties of food, lobster soup is a must! Desserts are also very good 👍🏻

The service and food are both very good. The selection isn't huge, but everything is made with high-quality ingredients, and the overall quality is high. The desserts are also unique, and each time I visit, there's a different themed special drink provided for free!
