I booked this tour from klook and got confirmed by klook and the tour operator. But tour operator informed me the tour was canceled 3 hours before the scheduled tour time. I wrote a note to klook 4 days ago about the refund but I still haven't got any reply yet.

This is one of the worst tour I had ever had.The location of my hotel was merely 10-15mins walk to the museum but what the driver did was to drive me all the way to another location near the harbour cruise area which took about 15-20mins drive and change some of the passenger in my bus to another bus and ended up there were only 3 of us in the original bus.Thereafter he drove us back to Sultanahmet area and dropped the three of us to join another 4 participants by foot to the museum which took another 20mins.The tour guide seems to be very quiet and not engaging which made things worse.I strongly suggest you made your own trip to this museum and palace as it is located within the vicinity and not waste your money and time spent on the tour.

Original tour didn’t turn out well as the operator tried to mix our tour with a morning tour that had missed its visit to blue mosque in the morning. Unfortunately we had already visited blue mosque a few days earlier. The tour operator was able to recover shortly after and the new tour guide did a good job. The tour guide was very friendly and patient.
Inexplicably, between 10 and 11 a.m. that day, I received a letter from the supplier informing me of the cancellation at short notice, which completely disrupted the originally arranged itinerary. In addition, there was no response to the request for refund for the temporary cancellation!
We did not get what we expected and could not get any of the money back.
We booked this tour, but they cancelled our trip & there was no refund.

Great! tour guide was good & palace tour was amazing
This tour never happened. Got picked up at hotel on time then was delivered to meeting point where they did not have record of my tour at all. Eventually joined another tour which was fine for my wife and I. ironic thing was they have sent several confirmation of the booked tour.
