Krabi Elephant Shelter Experience

We booked the 12:00 tour and were picked up directly from our hotel. Once we arrived, the staff assisted us right away and Toen guided our group throughout the visit. We learned a lot about the elephants and their rescue stories while preparing their food. We also got plenty of great photos since our guide had an assistant dedicated to taking pictures of us 😉. I’m not sure if it was just coincidence, but when we got there, there were only a few other visitors, so we had lots of time to feed all six elephants. That’s why I’d recommend choosing the 12:00 slot. We had an amazing experience overall. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Krabi 😍

lovely place, friendly staff who cared for my family and also my child. elephants seemed well cared for. we had welcome drinks- and also after we had soft drinks and mango stuck rice. the pick up was early, and the activity with the elephants were nice.

it was an amazing experience. pick up and drop off was smooth which is a good way to start any activity. being with the elephants so close and feeling their emotions and watching them be playful is truly one for the books 🩷

It was such a special experience! We got to interact with the elephants, feed them, and even bathe them, which was incredibly fulfilling. If you hand your phone to the staff, they'll take a million photos and videos for you, haha. The elephants were truly adorable, and it made me realize how important it is to cherish and protect nature. If you choose the bathing option, it's best to wear a swimsuit. There are free lockers and shower rooms on-site, so just bring a towel.

This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. My kids have always dreamed of getting up close with elephants, and while zoos are usually the only place we can see animals up close in Dubai, nothing compares to this. The team at the sanctuary are absolutely amazing—so kind, professional, and genuinely caring toward the elephants. You can clearly see the love and respect they have for these beautiful animals. Everything was perfectly organized, from pickup to drop-off, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Worth every penny! Highly recommended for families and animal lovers alike.

My visit to the Krabi Elephant Shelter was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly accommodating—they ensured a smooth pickup and drop-off, guided us through the activities, and made us feel comfortable throughout. I especially appreciated how they helped us dress up in traditional Thai attire, which added a unique and cultural touch to the entire experience. Feeding the elephants while dressed in Thai costume was definitely a highlight. It felt both meaningful and fun, creating a special connection with these gentle animals in a respectful environment. The refreshments provided were a thoughtful bonus, making the experience even more pleasant. Overall, it was a well-organized, heartwarming activity that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Krabi.

i love it my husband & son loves it too. staff can speak English very well & very kind. If you dont bring your water shoe , or towel don't worry they get you covered. All their facilities are very clean

we booked the ‘cook and feed’ and this experience was definitely worth the money! such a lovely experience with the elephants and the staff were so nice. everything was organised so well and the day worked out seamlessly.
