Mr Wang is very professional in driving and a good guide. We really enjoyed the trip with Mr. Wang. And we hope to see you again on the upcoming holidays. Thank you Mr. Wang and Klook for providing a very memorable holiday.
I like Sister Yanzi’s itinerary accompanying and explanation ~ she is also gentle and considerate ❤️ It makes us linger and reluctant to leave☺️
The guide was very hospitable. He gave us a lot of information about the history and culture of Yunnan. The experiences are authentic and meaningful. He gave recommendations for meals that were suitable to our taste.
It is very recommended to come to Yunnan for the itinerary. The scenery, humanities and ethnic minorities here are very rich and diverse. Special thanks to the professional director Xiao Li for leading and arranging this journey. I had a lot of fun and had a lot of fun. Thank you 🙏🏻
I traveled semi-independently and visited several major attractions. It was a good experience for my first trip to Yunnan. The tour guide Tashi was very nice. He picked up and dropped off on time, was kind and enthusiastic, and helped with taking photos. There were elderly and children in our group, and we took care of them as much as possible. When the children were tired and upset, we also helped to comfort them. Friends who come to play must look for him, you will not be disappointed!
The itinerary is rich and interesting, and the driver carefully reminds the next day's itinerary, climate and precautions
Good to know
Precautions for Northwest Travel
- Most areas in the Northwest have a dry climate. To enhance resistance, you should increase your intake of vegetables and fruits. Avoid eating lamb without restraint. It is recommended to drink plenty of water and eat fruits in small, frequent portions. Also, to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort, please bring your own common medicines.
- Many places in the Northwest are Muslim communities of various ethnic groups. When dining in any halal restaurant, be careful not to bring in outside food that is not beef or lamb, do not drink alcohol, and try not to waste food.
- The distances between cities are long, and attractions are scattered, so the travel time by car is relatively long. Please be prepared for hardship, bring motion sickness medicine, as most tour buses are fully enclosed.
- The Northwest is relatively dry, so please pay attention to rehydrating at all times and drink plenty of water. The ultraviolet rays are strong, so please prepare items such as masks, sunscreen, and sunglasses. In summer, you should also bring medicines or granules for clearing heat and preventing heatstroke, such as Xiasangju granules and Shidishui.
- When traveling in the Northwest, some attractions require you to get off the car and walk. Therefore, it is recommended that you prepare a pair of comfortable, well-fitting, and easy-to-walk shoes, preferably flat shoes, before departure.
- If visiting a Muslim family, do not enter the kitchen without permission. Muslim kitchens generally do not welcome non-Muslim visitors, and do not enter the rooms of the host, especially the hostess. Do not touch religious artifacts.
- The temperature difference between day and night in the Northwest is large. When sleeping at night, the air conditioner should be set to a moderate temperature, not too cold, and cover yourself with a quilt to avoid physical discomfort.
- When purchasing items, be sure to pay attention. The ethnic minorities in the western region have a relatively straightforward personality. Make sure you want to buy something before bargaining.
- Taking photos of Buddha statues in temples or monastery halls is strictly prohibited. Please pay attention to the precautions at the entrance of the temple.
- All garbage generated during activities must be taken away. Do not pick plants in the forest, and maintain the team's image; carry valuables and wallets with you to avoid loss.
