KOREA SEOUL School Unifrom Rental Jamsil Main Store Lotte World

Everything is good, staffs were helpful able to speak simple English, but they missed out the most important basic information, the store's name and how to go there , not just the address only which Google maps could not navigate...only NAVER map will work. Take note :store name is GAMSUNG GYOBOK Main Branch, not the one beside Lotte World entrance gate (Wild Gate) when you get out of Jamsil subway station in the basement, those are pop up stores without prior reservation. You must go to the store which is located outside, behind the lake (outdoor theme park), about 10 minutes walk. Go to exit 3, walk straight towards the Lotte World Big Logo, find the way until you see on the right hand side the lake, at the intersection turn right you will find the building, they are at 4th Floor. Highly recommended for the complete Korean experience. Lots of styles to choose from! Takes lots of photos and memories with the highschool uniform!

The place was easy to find. They had guidance video that I watched and I knew the process by then. The staff didn't speak a lot of english but it wasn't a problem. I put my bag in the temporary locker, went to the front desk and showed voucher, gave them my ID-card to hold until I came back at the end of the day. I was shown the additional clothes I can rent/buy/pay for (socks with different lenghts, safety shorts, blazer, etc.). I went to choose the outfit and mixed and matched shirts and skirts. I picked my outfit went to change, had to try a different sized shirt so I went to get it and after I was done I put my own clothes into the reusable bag they give you. I had to wear my own top under the shirt because you could see the bra under the shirt and I didn't want it to be seen that easily.I left the hangers and clothes on the black hanger thingy. I went to the front desk and checked what I took and I decided to buy safety shorts as well since the skirt felt very short. I was offered a locker a floor below to pay but I declined since I had a big bag with me and I just put my clothes with the reusable bag into my own bag. When I went to return the outfit, they told to change clothes and come back. Did all that and went to return the clothes. I got my ID-card back and I was free to go.

The school uniforms are pretty in style and in good condition, and there are many choices. Extra items are not expensive, and it’s worth renting them for a whole day. good

There seems to be a branch with the same name ~ don’t go wrong! You need to walk some distance, but okay ~ not too far

many different selections, is not actually in lotte world so have to make a detour here before heading over! there are also shops in lotte world renting similar uniforms but not so sure of the rate

I was about 30 minutes late for my reservation, but they let me in without saying anything. It was nice that they had guidance in Japanese and a wide selection of uniforms to choose from. The lockers require 1000 won and do not return the money. There's a main store and a Lotte World store, and I chose this main store. However, it was a taxi ride from the store to Lotte World, so I think it would have been better to go to the Lotte World store and only need one taxi ride.

there are plenty of clothes, wide range of sizing. clothes are so pretty and new. the facility looks clean, new and modern. it is 15’ walk from the station but its ok for me. staff were super cutee. headband are also included in basic set

The overall process was smooth. You will be the one who will choose the outfit. There are add-on charges if you also availed of other items such as jacket, which is a must for cold weather. You will be forced to return the items since they will keep your passport while renting the uniform.
