• Vouchers can be viewed by logging into the Klook app/site, tapping 'Booking' from 'Account' and clicking 'View Voucher'.
• If you can't present the voucher to the local staff on the day on your smartphone or other device, you can't use it.
• Please note that the URL to display the voucher must be presented on a device such as a smartphone that can connect to the Internet, and may not be accessible in places without a WiFi environment.
• When entering the facility, the electronic voucher must be operated by the facility staff. Please note that if you make a mistake by yourself, your ticket will be invalid and you will not be able to enter.

Conditions and Cancellation of Experiences

• On the day before and on the day of the event, if heavy rain, flood, storm, or heavy snow warnings are issued in the event area, or if the guide judges it to be dangerous, the event may be canceled. Also, if transportation to the meeting place is canceled due to weather, the event may be canceled.
• If the decision to cancel is made the day before the event, we will contact the representative by 6:00 pm the day before.
• If the tour has to be canceled due to a sudden change in weather, etc., and the cancellation decision is made more than 1 hour after the start of the tour, it will be considered to have been held and finished as usual.
• If it is within 1 hour, it will be considered as cancellation before the event, and the full tour fee (excluding accident insurance) will be refunded. (The tour starts at the end of the briefing before the tour)
• May be canceled due to bad weather. In addition, we can not compensate for expenses such as transportation expenses to the site at the time of cancellation.
