I was planning a trip to Hong Kong, but fortunately, I saw the Meat Man video, so I made a reservation right away! From restaurant reservations to orders, 1,4,000 li. After seeing that it was going on, I trusted the carnivorous man's eyes. The taste... .and… The texture of the goose is like a snack, and how colorful the taste is. The pigeon dish was actually a bit scary, but it was really delicious! Long live meat man. Highly recommended for those who plan to travel to Hong Kong! I haven't been to other restaurants, but you must go to Junky. It's so good.
The food is good but expensive and no English is spoken. Dishes other than dim sum must be reserved 5 days in advance, but this place only reserves seats and menus. However, the server worked very hard to communicate and recommend menus, and the barbecue was much larger than expected and delicious. Basic car price is very expensive
I mistook it for a branch somewhere else, so I went back to the branch where I could use the voucher, and it said last order was until 9 o'clock. It said last order was until 10 o'clock, so I thought that was the last order... A little while ago...
It's very filling for 2 people. You can think of goose dish as a goose version of Peking duck, and pork belly dish is a premium version of Bichenhyang beef jerky.
Goose itself is an expensive ingredient, so the price seems expensive. Recommended for groups of 3 or more who want to enjoy food that can only be eaten in Hong Kong and performances such as peeling. After the skinning performance, the meat was taken to the kitchen and served as another dish, so I couldn't enjoy the lean meat itself. If you're expecting BBQ-style food, you may be disappointed. Other than that, you can enjoy enough taste, atmosphere and service worthy of its reputation.
I went to see Meat Man's YouTube. The taste is really good. However, if there was no free petty additional option, it would have been too wasteful for the price. Interior service and cleanliness are very good.
Two women could be full just by eating char siu. Additional orders are optional. It's expensive, but if you can afford it, the fried rice topped with steamed blue crab is also highly recommended. Please note that there is an additional amount at the site when you buy a voucher by receiving the basic car price separately.
The taste is good, but the food comes out too slow. I added a bowl of lettuce, and it was delivered in 15 minutes and charged 13,600 won.. No intention to revisit...
It's a place where carnivores highly praised char siu, but I feel like it was a bit excessive. There is always a long line, so if you go, I recommend making a reservation. For my taste, it wasn't a good enough restaurant to line up and eat, but the overall level of cooking was compliant..! When I eat it, I suddenly miss the extremely spicy kimchi or Shin Ramyun soup... haha
Don't eat goose, it may be personal preference, but it's a waste of money considering the taste. I just have to consider it a good experience.
