• After a successful booking, our staff will confirm the departure time and location with you before 21:00 the day before departure. Please ensure your mobile phone signal is clear.
• This is a shared, fixed itinerary. Temporary changes to attractions or adjustments are not accepted.
• Please be sure to observe the duration of stay at each attraction and follow the driver-guide's instructions.
• If you leave the group on your own during the trip, it will be regarded as an invalid transaction, and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any personal or property safety issues that may arise as a result.
• Arrival times at each destination may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day. Please understand that delays or cancellations may occur due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors; no refunds will be given for these reasons.
• In the event of weather, strikes, safety factors, or other safety concerns, the tour will be postponed or a full refund will be issued based on notification.
• If the vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal reasons, the passenger will be fully responsible for the cleaning and repair costs in accordance with local Taiwan law.
• Adults and children are the same price; children under 4 years old must use a car seat, please indicate this in the remarks.
