It was very smooth! The service at the counter was excellent, I was able to board the bus quickly, didn't have to wait long for the boat, and got on the hop-on hop-off bus right away. I arrived at the hotel from the airport without any stress. I don't think it took even an hour from the counter to the hotel. This is my third time in Boracay, and this trip was the best. I'd like to use this service again when I come next year!

Always a breeze booking w/ Klook and Southwest. I would opt for the premium not economy as the boat needed to be full before departing and it just takes longer time. But got here safely and ontime.
