- If you and your companions book separately, please provide your companions’ order numbers in the remarks section. The supplier will do their best to arrange seating in the same vehicle. Due to the busy nature of the meeting point, last-minute seat changes cannot be accommodated
- According to Taiwan law, infants aged 0–4 years or weighing under 18 kg are required to use a child safety seat. Each seat will incur an additional fee of TWD 300. Please specify the number of seats needed at the time of booking, and we will prepare them in advance. (If transportation is by bus on the day of travel, no additional fee or child seat is required.)

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
