2022 NotTooBig Mega Baby Expo Terms & Conditions:
- A valid Klook electronic admission ticket must be presented for admission. This ticket is non-refundable.
- Each admission ticket admits only one person above aged 12. Free admission for children 12 years old and under.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the Expo for those who do not abide the Organizer’s rules.
- Smoking is not allowed in the Expo Hall. Only food and beverages sold in the Expo may be consumed in Expo Hall.
- Visitors are requested to check the quality, condition and suitability of product before purchasing at the Expo. The Organizer will not be liable for any defects or complaints about the product of exhibitors or sponsors.
- All participants are responsible for their own safety during any activities at the Expo. Children must be supervised.
- Prior notice will not be given for changes to any activities and programs at the Expo.
- Special arrangements will be made if the Organizer cancels the Expo due to bad weather or unexpected condition.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make final decisions in case of any disputes. No objection to be raise.
Epidemic Prevention Notice:
- Visitors will be required to show their Vaccine Pass upon entry. Visitors aged 18+ are required to have two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Visitors aged 12-17 are required to have one dose of the vaccine if within 6 months from first dose and second dose if after 6 months from the first dose.
- Under the Vaccine Pass arrangement, visitors can use the latest version of the LeaveHomeSafe mobile app to store their vaccination record, that is, the electronic vaccination QR code, or the QR code of the COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate issued by a doctor.
- All visitors must scan the QR code of the LeaveHomeSafe mobile app to record details of attendance.
- All visitors are required to wear a mask when entering the venue as well as for the duration of their stay; admission will be denied otherwise.
- All persons wearing “compulsory quarantine” hand straps will be prohibited from entering the venue.
- Global Retail Solutions Limited and KITEC reserve the right to refuse entry to “2022 NotTooBig Mega Baby Expo” to anyone: 1) who has been suspected or confirmed to have contracted COVID-19 or has been in close contact with someone who has been confirmed to have contracted or is displaying symptom(s) of COVID-19; 2) who is subject to compulsory quarantine arrangement according to the HKSAR Government’s requirement on the date of entry. 3) . who is feeling unwell or is displaying any symptoms of sickness such as fever (>=37.5°C), a cough, a sore throat or shortness of breath.
- In case of disputes, the decision of Global Retail Solutions Limited shall be final and conclusively binding.
