The downtown is fun and while expensive, it's less expensive than I side either park. Inside the parks it's beautiful however the lines are long and getting fast passes are a convoluted thing. Make sure you are ready to be there for a long time. Little kids under 6 should not go. They cry and they get bored or overwhelmed. We really enjoyed the old school rides as we had our then year old daughter. If the extras were a bit more affordable then it would make it a great vacation.

The service is awesome. At the time we arrived at HK international terminal, there were no other customers going to HK island direction. So they drive us using an upgraded Alphard like car instead of the intended limousine bus with 2 other customers dropping them first in Mongkok.

I don't usually go for tour buses since I love exploring on my own but this tour bus was great for us. The guide gave us plenty of time to explore each location. The ride was comfy as well. Given a chance, I'd book another tour bus from Klook :)
