The young lady who explained everything after check-in was very clear, articulate, and fluent. After boarding, we put on our life jackets. The boat was clean and tidy, and the staff provided detailed explanations throughout the trip. They also reminded the children at the bow to be careful and reminded parents to take good care of their kids. On this trip, we saw spotted dolphins, and the explanation was very clear, interesting, and humorous. We also understood the importance of tourism and ecological environment protection. Fun, didn't get to see whales but saw many dolphins. Transfer was on time and made it easier to travel to the location, which is quite secluded.

I went out to the sea, but I didn't see any dolphins 🐬 and whales 🐳. It's said that it's because it's the end of October and the time is wrong. Summer is better and there are more opportunities. Next time you can go again for free with a ticket.

This is one of my highlights in my time in Hualien. Whale World has reached out to me right away the same day my booking was confirmed. The agency are proactive and very responsive. We luckily saw 5 Sperm Whales and a pod of dolphins (20-30 dolphins). They picked me up and drop me off my hotel as well. It was a great tour! Will highly recommend Whale World.
