Luggage Information

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Free up to 2 suitcases per person (1 suitcase and 1 golf bag will be fine as well)
• $15 will be charged for each piece of luggage from the 3rd piece, so please pay paying upon checking in,.
• If you are in a wheelchair, please let us know in advance, including size, manual, electric and foldable. (Wheelchairs are not allowed on mixed-ride vehicles. Local staff are prohibited from assisting in getting on and off.)

Fees for special baggage on site (bicycles and surfboards)

• Surfboard: $40 per board (Please note that even if multiple boards are packed in a single case, the fee will apply per board.)
• Bicycle: $40 per bike

• Children aged 2+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-1 can enter free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats

Additional information

• This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
• Departure flight and departure time are required, so please proceed with the reservation after these are confirmed.
• If your flight crosses between departure and arrival dates, please select the local arrival date.
• Pick-up/Drop off available flights [Outbound] 07: 00-13: 00 Arrival flights [Return] From Waikiki hotels to HNL Airport: 9:00 to 18:00 (However, for direct flights between Japan and Honolulu, mixed charges can be applied regardless of flight time)
• Pick-up/ Drop off available hotels are only hotels in Waikiki (between Ala Moana Hotel and Park Shore Hotel, the area on the sea side from Ala Wai Street. The Kahala and New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel are not eligible). For vacation rentals and condominiums, shuttle cars do not stop, so departures and arrivals will be at the nearest hotel.
• Free arrangements are available for children under the age of 2 only if they do not occupy a seat. Please let us know the number of people and the names in the remarks column when booking.
• You may get on the same shuttle car as the passengers of the package tour.
• Please note that there may be some waiting time due to various circumstances in the case of shared riding.

• Please be sure to check the meeting time and place on your return date as it will be stated in the document you will receive at the airport when you arrive at the site.
• The drop-off location can only be changed to the hotel specified at the time of booking. If you are staying at an accommodation that is not on the pick-up list, you will be directed to the nearest hotel on the list.
• We will keep you waiting for up to 90 minutes from the arrival time of your flight at the airport, but if you do not come, we will basically not be able to provide a pick-up service. Please note that refunds will not be possible at that time.
• If you notice the change of arrival such as flight delay in advance, we will respond as much as possible if you contact us, but we may not be able to meet your request due to the availability of cars and drivers.
• If you did not use our transportation but use other means of transportation such as taxi, you will be responsible for the cost.
• No refund will be made for any damages or expenses caused by changes or cancellations of the travel schedule caused by force majeure such as local circumstances, natural disasters, wars, riots, etc.
