- Please eat and use the restroom before departure.
- If you wear glasses, we recommend using an eyeglass strap to secure them, preventing them from being washed away by the water.
- We recommend bringing a waterproof bag to store towels, changes of clothes, water, snacks, etc.
- Children under 110 cm in height, seniors over 65 years of age, and those who are not suitable for strenuous exercise should not participate in this activity.
- Please do not bring valuables to the river tracing activity.

The overall activity was quite fun and satisfying, but I joined a group with other tourists that day, so it became a group of more than a dozen people to experience the itinerary together. Unfortunately, Riverfun did not pick us up at the agreed-upon meeting point. Upon inquiry via WhatsApp, we were informed that the booked river tracing tour had been canceled. However, we were not informed of this beforehand by either Klook or Riverfun, even though we had communicated via email days before. This was extremely annoying, as we had booked an overnight stay in Hualien solely for the tour, and we were unable to use the day for alternative activities. Klook took care of the clarification and refund within 26 hours. But we consider that a given.
