highly recommended and reliable trasportation to and from the airport. i booked the night before our 11am arrival at sydney airport. we followed the instructions and waited a little outside Rydges Hotel. Its a 10-minute at most walk to the pick-up pointS you can see the busses and minivans all lined up there. there are people you can ask as well. mr driver was also very hospitable and even suggested some places we should see during our stay in sydnet. i appreciate mr driver and the company for providing this convenient transport option.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the domestic terminal to the pick-up point, so allow some time to find it. The car was already waiting. We arrived at our downtown hotel from the airport in just half an hour. It was very convenient and the service was excellent. It's a little hard to find. You wait for the car in front of a hotel. Although it's called airport pickup and drop-off, I feel like the service from the airport is more like a fixed-schedule bus, while the service from the hotel feels more like a true airport transfer. But the customer service is very good, and they reply to emails quickly.
