didn't receive any qr code from vendor and there was a delay in using because vendor did not reply to messages. the line wasn't that good in Lisbon but better in Spain.
It worked fine while I was in the Philippines and Hong Kong, but didn't work at all while I was in Fiji.
I've got 2 esims at the same time but not sure why mine just couldn't get any connection while I was in Japan. I contacted Xplori and after several days, they sent me a backup esim for Apac. Good service!

I had an issue using the eSIM, but the company that provides it was very helpful, and now it works fine. I so prefer using eSIMs instead of purchasing different physical SIMs in every country I visit.
Customer service is very helpful and will respond very quickly - i had some issues activating right before my trip and they responded immediately via klook. Note that HK purchased iphone 14 is not compatible with this esim though!
I travel a lot for work and this works perfectly for what I need. Just remember you can't use it immediately and need to scan it off another device so plan ahead.
