It offers a sumptuous selection of seafood, including freshly opened seasonal oysters; chilled seafood such as blue mussels, Canadian snow crab legs, Canadian sea whelks, and fresh chilled shrimps; as well as sashimi and hand-rolled sushi. Additionally, the freshly cut grill section features Australian Angus tomahawk steak or grilled ribeye; Sea salt grilled butterfish; and tempura shrimps and Eel. Hainanese Chicken, Peking Duck, Rabbitfish Congee and Singapore Noodles in Laksa Soup Conclude your culinary journey on a sweet note with exquisite dessert Homemade milk chocolate crispy cake, Blueberry cheesecake, Haagen-Dazs ice cream, etc

Continue the joyful spirit into the morning with a leisurely festive brunch. Savor Smoked Salmon Blinis and Avocado French Toast with Crab Meat — simple yet refined creations filled with festive flair. Seasonal specials served on festive days include Hokkaido Scallops Ink Spaghetti with Urchin & Kelp Sauce, Lobster Eggs Benedict, Wok-fried Live Blue Mussels with Creamy White Wine Sauce, and Suckling Pig Paella, offering an irresistible blend of European flavors and holiday cheer.

Each day features five signature main courses, including Australian M4 grass-fed tenderloin with pan-seared foie gras and thyme jus, Christmas turkey with honey-glazed ham and grilled scallops. Share December’s exclusive flavors with family and friends.
Golden Crab Feast Dinner Buffet (Until Nov 30)
Café@WM is delighted to announce the launch of its highly anticipated “Golden Crab Feast Dinner Buffet,” beginning October 1, 2025. Celebrating the peak season for succulent crabs in autumn, the dinner buffet offers an extensive array of crab delicacies alongside global gourmet selections, delivering an unparalleled seasonal dining experience.
From Mondays to Thursdays, guests will enjoy a classic Baked Stuffed Crab Shell presented individually to each adult and child, a rich and flavorful introduction to the buffet. On Fridays to Sundays, and public holidays, a freshly Steamed Hairy Crab will be served to each adult guest instead. Additional steamed hairy crabs (4.5 tael) are available for HK$88+10% each.
In addition to popular freshly shucked oysters and seafood-on-ice, including Canadian snow crab legs and French edible crab, the buffet features chef-curated seasonal highlights such as Mentaiko Crab Puff Pastries, Mexican Crab Quesadillas, Clam and Crab Congee, Crab Roe Xiao Long Bao, and the acclaimed Crab Meat Angel Hair in Salted Egg Yolk Sauce at the live cooking station.
Festive Dinner Buffet (From Dec 1)
Experience a luxurious spread of seafood and international delicacies. Enjoy freshly shucked oysters, seafood on ice, sashimi, and hand rolls made to order. Appetizers feature caviar crab tart and truffle foie gras pastry, while main courses include pan-seared foie gras, Christmas turkey, US bone-in ribeye, rack of lamb, and tori paitan ramen. Festive desserts end your evening on a sweet note.
On Festive days, the dinner buffet is elevated with Boston lobster on ice, Argentina red shrimp sashimi, yellowfin tuna, roasted Spanish suckling pig, salt-grilled angel pink shrimp, braised duck feet with abalone and fish maw, and lobster bisque en croûte — exclusive festive delicacies for these special nights.
