The new room also came with an air freshener, and I was impressed to see USB outlets! On the evening of the 6th, we asked if we could have a late checkout on the 7th, and the staff readily arranged for us to check out at 2 PM. Breakfast: On the morning of the 6th, it was crowded, and the venue was changed. To my surprise, there was a wide variety of food, and it was constantly replenished, so nothing ran out – truly commendable. The next morning, there were fewer people, and the food selection remained excellent. The kitchen staff and chefs were very polite, enthusiastic, and proactively asked if we wanted noodles cooked. The food tasted excellent as well. Hotel Location: Although it takes about 50 minutes by taxi from Zhuhai Port, it's worth it. Online reviews mentioned beautiful sunset views, but unfortunately, it was rainy during our stay, so we'll have to come back another time to enjoy them. The hotel offers indoor and outdoor hot springs, thrilling rides at Mysterious Island, adorable animals at the Pet Paradise, and relaxing cafes at Fisherman's Wharf. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's clean and comfortable, and the rooms have balconies, offering a great sense of space. There's a CTS bus from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port to the resort area, but the frequency is low. Alternatively, a taxi can get you there in under an hour. The hotel is very close to the hot springs, just a 5-minute walk away, and the evening show venue is only an 8-minute walk. The resort area has a Chinese restaurant, hot pot, noodle shop, and convenience store, which is very convenient. While the Mysterious Island theme park is a bit old, it's enough to keep kids entertained for half a day. For the price, which includes hotel accommodation, breakfast, park tickets, hot springs, and a singing performance, it offers excellent value.

First, remember that Grand Bay Hotel is the same as Uranus Hotel! I saw in the reviews that some people thought this hotel was a bit old. But after arriving, I didn't feel it was old at all. On the contrary, I had a very comfortable and clean stay. The location is much more convenient than the Sail Hotel. I walked through the lobby for five minutes to the hot spring area. After the midnight countdown at Mysterious Island on New Year's Eve, all the guests at the Sail Hotel had to wait for several hotel buses to pick them up because of the distance between the hotel and Mysterious Island. However, we guests staying at the Grand Bay Uranus Hotel could walk back to the hotel in just five minutes, without having to wait blankly on the street for the hotel bus. I booked the evening buffet, which was on the 2nd floor of the hot spring area. Considering the price I paid for the hotel, I think this buffet dinner was very good and I was very satisfied. You shouldn't have the mentality of wanting to eat abalone for a small price. That's an unfair comparison. I bought the wrong ticket back to the Zhuhai port, and the hotel staff were very helpful. I am really satisfied with this hotel. Note that if you miss the China Travel Bus to Ocean Spring Bay, don't take a taxi, because it will cost over 200 yuan. At the Zhuhai artificial island exit, someone will offer you a ride to Ocean Spring Bay. I bargained, and finally paid 160 yuan including the expressway fee to Ocean Spring Bay. It took less than an hour to arrive. Also, be careful that Grand Bay Hotel is actually Uranus Hotel. Tell the driver Uranus Hotel, because there are no Grand Bay Hotel signs in the hot spring resort, only Uranus Hotel signs. I went to a noodle shop in the mall for lunch, it was very delicious and not expensive! Awesome! The hot spring area is much larger than the Imperial Hot Spring in Zhuhai, and there are infinity hot springs and Dead Sea floating hot springs, great! The fish that eat dead skin, I saw that the fish were quite big, I was a little scared, and there were dead fish in the pool, which was a bit nauseating, haha! But overall, I like Ocean Spring Bay Hot Spring much more!

I occasionally saw on Klook that Ocean Spring Resort was not charging extra for Christmas, and when I went in, I saw that there was also a special price for seniors. The package included buffet breakfast and dinner, so I immediately booked two rooms to celebrate my aunt's birthday. The hotel is luxuriously decorated and you can see that it was once magnificent. The rooms are a bit old, and there are stains on the doors and carpets. The lobby and corridors are still clean. The hot springs are pretty good, with many pools of different sizes. The staff are very polite and take the initiative to greet you, which is commendable. The buffet dinner is on the second floor of the hot spring area, with both Western and Chinese food. Because there weren't too many people, it was more comfortable to sit. Breakfast is in the Western restaurant, and you can see the sea view by sitting by the window. The environment is excellent, and the food is surprisingly good. Overall, the package is great value and worth coming back to next time.

The hotel service is first-class. We specially let the children go horseback riding, but the weather was unstable. We found their manager Cui to help us during breakfast and successfully made an appointment for horseback riding. The ducks in the cute pet park were greedy and circled around us, which was very interesting. The hotel manager greeted the cleaners kindly next time. Compared with the hotel in the hot spring area, it feels friendly. The buffet breakfast has Chinese and Western food, which is richer than the Lunar New Year!
