We bought three set tickets for two adults and one child, each set ticket included a buffet dinner, with a total value of approximately HK$500. However, upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed that there would be no buffet dinner tonight, and no immediate solution was provided. We wasted a lot of time asking questions before they finally said they could only compensate $100. We did not accept this. Around dusk, they increased it to $300, but because it was unreasonable, we did not accept it. After inquiring for the third day, the solution was a total compensation of $900 and 200 points. We only requested a minimum compensation of $1500, which does not include compensation for wasted time, impact on mood, and ruined itinerary. However, even on the fifth day, we did not receive reasonable compensation.
